The Space:

Welcome to Storms Harbor, your home away in Kill Devil Hills! The open living, dining, and kitchen area is filled with natural light and opens to a private balcony overlooking the ocean, making it a perfect spot for morning coffee or winding down after a day at the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook at home, including cookware, utensils, a toaster, blender, and a Keurig for your daily coffee.



The condo offers two spacious primary bedrooms, each with its own full private bathroom, giving everyone their own space and privacy. There is also a half bathroom off the main living area for added convenience. An additional bed is available without the pullout couch, bringing home occupancy to 6 guests. A washer and dryer are tucked into the hall closet, making longer stays easy and comfortable.



Step outside and enjoy the private hot tub, outdoor shower, and grill, perfect for rinsing off after the beach, cooking dinner, or relaxing under the stars. With the beach just steps away across the street and ocean views from the home, everything about this space is designed to help you unwind and enjoy the Outer Banks.

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two dogs are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



**The community pool will be open mid-May to mid-October. Exact dates are weather dependent and subject to change**



The Neighborhood:

Home to the famous first flight by Wilbur and Orville Wright, Kill Devil Hills is a beautiful and family-friendly town in the Outer Banks. You can visit the Wright Brothers Memorial and see the hill where the flight occurred, shop local business, or spend the day on the beautiful OBX beaches!



Getting Around:

The exact property address and home details will be sent to you with the check in instructions so you can easily plan your travels.



Other Things to Note:

I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I’m only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.



Interaction with Guests:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
