Make memories with your loved ones at this oceanfront, two-bedroom, two-bath condo in the heart of Kill Devil Hills. Wake up and wind down with amazing sunrises and sunsets on both sides of the unit! Enjoy a beverage and watch dolphins play from the over-sized patio.

The master bathroom offers a king-size bed and its own private bath while the second bedroom contains a king bed. There is also a fold-out couch in the living room (queen-sized). The unit also features a well-equipped kitchen, three flat-screen TVs, cable and wireless internet, an in-suite washer and dryer, and beautiful patio furniture where you can take in all the views!

Linens (bath towels, sheets, washcloths) are included. Bring your clothes and toothbrushes and we will do the rest! This is vacation: simplified!

Our unit is within easy driving distance of many wonderful local attractions: Jockey’s Ridge, Bodie Island Lighthouse, the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Oregon Inlet, Coquina Beach and many great restaurants and shopping establishments. We’re right where you want to be!

Great Stay!

Great stay at the property - well stocked for the kitchen and clean and large space! The location is amazing as well with a pool and the beach steps away! The only thing of note is that there are a few houses next door off the patio with 20ish people staying in each and it got pretty loud in the evening/not quite as private but no issues with noise once inside/sleeping - just for awareness.

This is a beautiful home on the Guadalupe River just a short distance from Presbyterian Mo-Ranch Assembly. We stayed for just a short visit but really enjoyed our time at Rock Bottom. The home is beautifully decorated and appointed. We spent the early part of each day at Mo-Ranch and then the latter part at Rock Bottom just relaxing and looking and listening for birds from the back porch. It was very restful.

2nd Visit to Ocean Haven

This was our second visit to Ocean Haven. We loved it so much the first time, we came back again! This is truly a spectacular property. It's clean. It's spacious. It's dog-friendly. This complex is AMAZING! Pool, Gym, Game Room and much more! Condo is right in the middle of everything. Ocean Haven itself was spotless when we arrived. Clean and fresh. It was spacious. We had everything we needed from towels to linens along with preparing our meals! Communication with Joe and Aaron was a breeze. Our family really enjoyed our time here! We've already re-booked!

Good location. Easy access to beach. Condo amenities nice. Patio oriented so it is cool in the morning to enjoy coffee outside. Host and staff very responsive. Only issues were some things not clean. initial supplies not provided although host responded quickly. Tub in second bath did not drain. New Years Getaway!

Our time spent at Ocean Haven was much needed. Our family had everything we needed during our stay— the kitchen and condo itself was well stocked. It had everything we needed for family meals! We also got to bring our family dog with us— kids loved this! There also a ton of parking at the property. We loved that there were multiple elevators, a game room along with a gym! All unexpected but throughly enjoyed by our family. There is also a pool outside as well. Communication with Joe and his team was flawless. The condo was clean. The views were spectacular and the beach access was private as well! We’ve already booked our next stay!

Wonderful Condo Ocean Front in the Outer Banks

My wife, son (age 13) enjoyed our stay in our first visit to the outerbanks. We are lifetime North Carolinians and finally made it the Outer Banks. We had a great time. The condo was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The home is well appointed. Parking is very easy in the garage with elevator access to the main floors. I've already recommended this home to my sister and a work colleague. The owner was very responsive. We had no issues, but he followed up with us during our stay and after our stay to ensure we were all set. The communication upon booking was top notch as well. We will stay here again on our next visit. Only regret is we hadn't visited the OBX earlier. We will be repeat guests and are grateful to have had the experience to share with our family. Thank you!

Wonderful spacious condo on the beach

We loved our vacation in OBX. It was our first time in OBX and it won't be our last. There was plenty of room for my husband and I, two adult children, and our dog. Specifically, we absolutely loved staying in at this condo unit. It was top notch. The pictures don't do it justice. It was beautifully decorated and spacious. The beds/mattresses were super comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed. Dishes, glassware, cookware, cutlery all plentiful. All of the appliances worked properly. I especially like sitting out on the deck in the lounge chair and eating at the high-top table. First Flight is such a beautiful complex. It offered so many amenities including the pool, large grass area, boardwalk to the beach, outdoor shower, gym, and game room. Parking was never a problem. Honestly, the unit and complex are a 10/10. If I could give 20/10, I would. First in Flight was close to many good restaurants and stores yet not in a congested area. Many towns in OBX are a distance from restaurants and stores. I highly recommend staying at this unit in Kill Devil Hills. Very dog friendly. Big grassy area and a boardwalk that leads to the beach!

Our first time in OBX

The location of the condo and its proximity to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and activities is good. However, upon our 4:00pm check-in time, the condo had not yet been cleaned. We were able to get into the condo at 5:00 but, the condo was not fully cleaned. After a 7 hr drive and having groceries in the car, we did the best we could to make it acceptable at that time. There was toothpaste in one of the bathroom sinks and the other bathroom toilet had a ring of mold in it. Though we didn’t contact the owner until several days later , we were met with the excuse of a “labor shortage”. After spending over $4000 for a week at the beach, we would expect it to be fantastic. We decided to shorten our trip by a couple of days because we never really felt like we could settle in and relax.

We offered to send the cleaning crew back over to make the adjustments. But you informed us that you left due to the Tropical Storms that were passing by. Please do not rent this property

The property was in disrepair and all around dirty. We entered through a door that had been beaten all over. The overall property was not clean i.e. the washer, baseboards, outdoor furniture, no vacuuming. We first reported jammed closet door that was never fixed. No supplies in the kitchen paper towels, kitchen towels little dishwashing liquid under sink bathroom towels were very old. Shower in master bathroom stopped up the next morning. It took until after 830 that night before someone came to unclog massive hair in it. All of this greatly impacted our stay as we were only there for 4 nights, 3 days. Also it is not ocean front/ocean view. You could not see ocean from balcony. Also in pictures showed a deck like structure overlooking ocean. It didn’t belong to property but the house Nextdoor. Have rented through VRBO many times throughout the years and have never had such a bad experience. bathroomold towels for bathroom. The.

We provided you all the supplies (standard starter kit for all guests); we brought you additional supplies at your request. We re-cleaned the condo once you finally contacted us. We went so far to have additional items delivered to you to ensure your stay was comfortable. You thanked us profusely. And after your checked out, you reached out to VRBO demanding a full refund a month later. We declined a refund and you wrote a false review in retaliation. We wish you luck at a different property.

We enjoyed our stay! Beach access is great and the condo had everything we needed.We traveled with our dog, there was a large grassy area where we could take her out. She loves the beach and the unit is literally steps away.Having two full bathrooms was a plus for our family. We were in walking distance to restaurants an a quick drive from shopping, mini golf, and other places to eat.The unit is on the side of the building but you could see the ocean! Host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Check in and out were easy! Would stay again!
