Set on a breathtaking three-acre estate near the Wasatch Mountains, this private, fully renovated modern retreat is designed for lodging, entertaining, and approved events up to 100 guests. This home comfortably sleeps 18.
Room 1: Located in the North wing of the home, this spacious room features 2 queen-sized beds and a generous smart television.
Room 2: Located in the North wing of the home, this private suite features a king-sized bed, a comfortable seating area, and a beautiful ensuite bathroom with a modern walk-in shower.
Room 3: This spacious bunkroom features full over full bunk beds with enough room for 8 guests! A large television visible from all the bunks makes this room perfect for a movie night.
Room 4: Located in the south wing of the home, this spacious suite features a king-size bed and an extra-large ensuite bath with a walk-in shower and a smart toilet.
Room 5: Located in the south wing of the home, this lovely room features 2 queen-size beds and sleeps 4 with an ensuite bath with a large walk-in shower and smart toilet.
Hall bath East: This bathroom features modern finishes, a large walk-in shower, and a smart toilet.
Hall bath South: This bathroom features a large walk-in shower and a smart toilet.

Events up to 100 persons maximum require approval and fees.
Additional Grounds Usage Fees Per event (nightly rate and staffing still apply):
+25 additional people: $1,500
+50 additional people: $2,500
+75 additional people: $3,000
If you are thinking about bringing a small pet, please let us know! We can check with the homeowners for their approval. If approved, a pet fee of $75 per pet will apply, and we can add the payment to your reservation.

Access codes are provided via Welcome Letter 72 hours prior to check-in.

Additional guests exceeding 18 people will require a grounds usage fee of $500/day
Open for 6 months at a time.
Required Event Staffing:
Two (2) on-site staff members required for all events
Rate: $50 per hour, per staff member
Overtime: $75 per hour, per staff member
On-site SULUX staff are present to help oversee proper care of the Property during the event. Duties may include guest ushering, parking coordination, monitoring of common areas, restocking restrooms and facilities as needed, and general oversight to ensure compliance with venue rules and property standards. Staff are not responsible for event production, guest supervision, or vendor management.
Additional cleaning or damage billed accordingly
Staffing hours are determined by event schedule including setup and breakdown.

There are 28 spots for vehicles. For additional parking, please use the overflow area
