Full private basement guest suite with private entrance that is perfect for families or adults looking for fun. It is completely furnished with all the essentials needed. We have tons of fun things including a pool with a 52' waterslide, new private hot tub, foosball game, pool table, ping pong table, movie theater and poker table. We will make sure your stay is an awesome experience! We want you to be happy and comfortable no matter what the reason for you stay is!
The space
Welcome to our/your home! We want your stay to be comfortable, cozy and relaxing in this beautiful and clean space. Although it is a basement apartment it doesn't feel like it with it being ground level, tons of windows for natural light and 9' ceilings.

We have three beautiful bedrooms set up. The first bedroom has a comfortable queen bed to relax in while you watch TV or simply rest from a hard days work.

The second bedroom features a triple bunk (twin/twin/full) with plenty of space for the kids to play in. It also has a TV and Play Station to watch a show or play video games.

Between the two bedrooms is a gorgeous bathroom with a double sink and tub/shower combo. If you don't like sharing a bathroom with the kids, an additional bathroom is located steps away in the living room area and equipped with dual shower heads an dual controls. Bathrooms are equipped with shampoo, conditioner soap and basic needs.

Across the hall from the bunk room is the third bedroom featuring another queen bed and tv to enjoy.

There is a small kids play room equipped with a play kitchen and many other toys. (Please watch infants in here for possible choke hazards)

The main living room is where all the fun happens. There is enough to entertain the whole family! A pool table that converts also to a ping pong table, foosball table, theater seating with an 86” high definition tv with surround sound and a couch that makes into a bed, and a poker table. You can all hang out in the same area yet still be doing different activities.

Right off the living room area is a kitchenette equipped with all your basic kitchen needs to make meals as well as a coffee maker and complimentary coffee, hot chocolate and tea. NO OVEN OR DISHWASHER but there is a double burner, full size fridge, and microwave. There is seating for 4 at the bar and the poker table is converted to a dining table that can seat up to 10 for meals.

Outside is warm space to enjoy the sun in good weather or come home and soak in the hot tub during cold weather. There is a 52' waterpark style waterslide into a refreshing salt water pool. (Pool is usually open mid April to mid October but dependent upon weather). Kick back on one of the chairs in the shade or relax on a lounger or outdoor couches in the sun. There is a 6 person table in the shade to enjoy your meal as well as a a swing with a shade to take in the view. There is a wood burning fire pit for those summer evenings and a covered hot tub to enjoy all year round. Plus a BBQ to grill up some food, an outdoor heater to snuggle by if you are cold and plenty of grass to play. Beach towels and pool toys also provided.

This is a basement guest suite so there is no thermostat control. There is a fan and heaters available in case you get too hot or cold with plenty of blankets to cuddle up with. We are also able to provide an air mattress upon request.

RIGHT OF ENTRY NOTE:
The basement apartment houses all the electrical main switches including the furnace and water mains. Please be advised that we may need to enter the premises at any time with or without notice if there is an emergency or if we need to reset a power switch or something. We will try to contact you first if possible or at least knock prior to entering.
Other things to note
The Pool is open May 15-Oct 1st if the daily temperature is 75+ degrees. Hot tub is open year round.
