Villa Les Ensemberts : Diese große luxuriöse (4*) am Strand zu Hause befindet sich außerhalb des Dorfes von Sainte-Marie La Noue entfernt. Es hat eine Süd-Süd-West-Orientierung: alle Zimmer verteilen sich auf den Poolbereich. An der Unterseite des Gartens, ist das Meer ganz Ihr. Bereiten Sie sich für 'Waow' Sonnenuntergänge.

Bitte beachten Sie: Diese Villa eignet sich nicht für Hochzeitsfeiern. Keine Zelte werden auf dem Rasen gepflanzt. Danke für Ihr Verständnis.

Gesamtfläche: 1.444 Quadratmeter.

Der Garten - meistens Rasen - ist mit mediterranen Bäumen bepflanzt: Rosenstöcke, ein alter Olivenbaum, ein Feigenbaum ...

Der großzügige Innenraum dieses zweigeschossigen Glashauses ist komplett mit feinen Antiquitäten aus verschiedenen Regionen Frankreichs (Provence, Charente, Touraine) ausgestattet. Traditionelle Fliesen- und Parkettböden sorgen für ein angenehmes Ambiente.

Neben den 6 Schlafzimmern, die im authentischen Stil der Ile de Ré dekoriert sind, befinden sich eine obere Sonnenterrasse im ersten Stock, eine große Wohnküche, eine Mezzanine, ein Arbeits- und Wintergarten mit luxuriösem Weber-Grill und eleganten Harzgartenmöbeln Untere hölzerne Plattform, stilvolle beige Sonnenschirme um das Schwimmbad im landschaftlich verschönerten Garten und Tennis-Tischausrüstung. Es gibt drei Flachbildschirme mit Satelliten-TV und natürlich WIFI in der ganzen Villa.

Sie werden unser 50sqm Swimmingpool lieben: wir halten es das ganze Jahr lang beheizt. Es ist gesetzlich mit einer elektronischen Abdeckung, die eine sichere und Spaß-gefüllte Umgebung für Kinder macht ausgestattet. Große beige Strandtücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt.

Geräte gehören eine Induktion und Gasherd, eine Mikrowelle, zwei Kühlschränke, ein Gefrierschrank, ein Geschirrspüler, ein Insinkerator, ein Müllkompaktor.

Die Wäsche ist mit einer Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie ein Bügelbrett ausgestattet.

Es gibt Fön in jedem der 4 Bäder.

Lovely villa in amazing location

Really lovely large villa with unbelievable views to the sea. Excellent place for a large group with children. Easy cycle to la Flotte and st Martin almost all on cycle paths. Very highly recommended

Perfect

We have just returned from the most wonderful holiday in the villa. It is absolutely oustanding. From the moment you walk in and gasp at the view to the moment you set off off, the villa is outstanding. Morning cycles to the beautiful village square for breakfast, crabbing on the rocks, building sandcastles on the deserted beach, swimming in the glorious pool, sundowners at the end of the garden, cycle trips to the beautiful ports for superb meals. What more could you ask for? We stayed with 3 families and easily has enough room. Lastly, as with previous reviews, we found all of our dealings with Catherine and Romain the agent to be a pleasure. Everything done as promised with a smile.

Wonderful home on a delightful island

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home on Ile-de-Ré so very much. It was all the right things in all the right ways. We felt so at home. We made good use of the pool, the BBQ, the table tennis table, the beach, the bicycles... The house is very comfortable and well equipped and has wonderful flow and connection between the outside and indoor spaces. Catherine, our host, and Romain who provided concierge services were both so helpful and pleasant to deal with. The area around the house is peaceful and calm. There is a charming market, boulangerie and other necessities in La Noue - an easy 10 minute bicycle ride from the house. I would thoroughly recommend Les Ensemberts and I hope to return. Thank you, Catherine and Romain for a wonderful holiday.

Super location beachside villa

We had a most enjoyable spring stay at the villa with six children and six adults. The layout is suited to the family with a granny wing and family annexe either side of the heated pool. The facilities provided like table tennis, table football and bikes(extra) were superb for introducing young children to new skills. An amazing collection of toys were hidden in various drawers and the overall sense of being lived in and not pared down for rental was very welcoming. The owner and managing agent could not be more helpful.

The Villa was everything we had hoped for. The layout was perfect for our large family of ten adults, giving comfort & privacy to all. The ample garden was lovely, leading right down to the sea where we played boules in the evenings as the sun went down. The swimming pool was gorgeous & a really good size & quite warm enough considering it was October & the electric cover was a really nice addition too which seemed to help keep it super clean. The table tennis room was a huge success & the ample dining options were ideal for some lovely family meals. The location was great for cycling & walking. La Flotte & Saint Martin only a short drive or 15 to 20 minutes (gentle cycle) on the bikes. We had a really wonderful & memorable holiday at Les Ensemberts & hope to return again very soon.

Luxurious comfort right next to the sea

The house is truly lovely and has everything a guest could possibly need. The position is wonderful and we long to return to enjoy the pool and garden right by the sea in better weather. Perhaps some of the beds were a little too small; we do tend to need our beds to be 190cm wide. However, the master bedroom was extremely comfortable and the many bathrooms and toilets was marvellous I would love to bring my grandchildren to stay here with the huge number of toys and the table tennis is a joy. Madame you have thought of just about everything. Thank you so much for your attention to detail and we loved the new restaurant you recommended . The weather was obviously unfortunate but it has not stopped us wanting to return.

A Quiet Paradise

Our family stayed at the villa in July 2016 and found the house, the facilities and location to be perfect. The villa is perfectly positioned in a quiet cul-de-sac a short cycle to the village square (La Noue), and about 30 gentle pedaling minutes to St. Martin. Regarding the 'business' side of our stay the owner and her agent were very easy and friendly to deal with, and everything that was promised was delivered with a smile. I couldn't recommend the villa enough for a visit to this paradise island.

A beautiful villa that lived up to expectations

We were a group of 4 couples in our 60's and 70's, so a mature group! The villa was a perfect base from which to explore the island. We took our own bicycles although we could have used those provided. The accommodation is of a very high standard, and well equipped, probably the best we have ever had. The garden and pool are a delight. We all wish to return again.

A wonderful escape

Ile de Re is an island geared towards the holidaymaker - it is where you can escape from the world for a short while; and Villa des Ensemberts really is the perfect place in which to do this. This sounds like an advert but it really is true - we had a perfect holiday and the villa was set up to make the most of this. There were six of us (2 adults; 4 children) and we had a huge amount of privacy, not only from the outside world but from each other as well. The facilities suited us very well indeed; everything worked and was well cared for; the beds were very comfortable; the pool was a good size and clean; and we were wonderfully cared for by the people who manage the property on behalf of the owner. Really, no complaints; and 'yes' we would definitely go back.

superb accommodation in fairy-tale surroundings

Dear Catherine Thank you for allowing us to stay in your gorgeous villa. There were three distinct groups of us and absolutely loads of room for the children to play both inside and out. The weather was reasonably kind in the first week with the pool being used each day. It was cooler in the second week but almost always bright and sunny. You generously provided lots of indoor activities for both children and adults, which came into their own at some point during the holiday. We were also able to enjoy the activities of the wind surfers and kite skiers in the evenings with a superb view of the ocean over the swimming pool. Always better to watch than participate - for me at least! We would all like to visit again but in the summer; perhaps one day we will do just that! Thanks again for a memorable holiday. prachtige villa met zicht op zee

samen met de familie (11personen) hebben we ten volle genoten van een schitterende vakantie op Ile de Ré. Een heel gezellig en leuk eiland maar vooral de woning was ronduit schitterend. Een adembenemend zicht op zee vanuit de living tuin en terras, een prachtige grote tuin die uitgeeft op het strand. We hadden 6 mooie kamers en 4 badkamers zodat de drie gezinnen voldoende privacy hadden. Voor de kinderen een paradijs waarin ze naar hartelust konden spelen en gebruik maken van boeken, speelgoed ter plaatse. Alles stijlvol ingericht en bovenop nog een groot zwembad die 2X per week wordt nagezien. Bij onze aankomst was de woning heel netjes en we werden verwelkomt met een leuke attentie. Een heel fijne vakantie voor iedereen zodat we met spijt huiswaarts terug keerden. We denken echt nog terug te gaan.

The Villa is Just Perfect

Catharine, "Merci beaucoup"....my family enjoyed the holiday in your villa at Ile de Rey tremendously. The villa is just perfect. The location. The pool. The large and comfortable rooms. The garden......just perfect. Having the bikes available was great too. Though the 'round the island' cycle on Thursday morning (some 55 Kms) with my eldest son was a little tiring! Ile de Rey is an interesting and lively island to visit, but we were always glad to get back to the peace and quiet of 22 Route de Rouine, and finish the day with a family dinner on the patio overlooking the garden and sea. The weather was kind to us too with hot and sunny days all through till Friday afternoon. I think everyone would have liked to have stayed for another week. Philip E.

A wonderful holiday

We stayed at Villa Les Ensemberts for 1 week at the end of August and it was wonderful! We were 2 families (4 adults, 4 children) and there was enough space for all the kids to have their own room, so we were very comfortable. The pool is beautiful and very clean, and the veiw is absolutely stunning. All in all, this is just a lovely place to spend a week of hard-earned holidays! It is so peaceful and quiet, with the only sound being the waves at the bottom of the garden. The island of Ile de Re is fantastic too. There is tons to do, especially for kids. We hired bikes and pretty much cycled everywhere. And the markets are AMAZING! We ate so well all week! We would definitely recommend a holiday at this villa, it is beautiful.

Problem with giving this property a good review is that others may will want to stay there too. A villa that is a pleasure to take a holiday in because what is described is what is there and it all works. If you want a truly peaceful break this is ideal, this was our third holiday in the villa.

Ich habe meinen Mann im Februar 2012 verloren. Wir haben zwei 27-jährige Zwillingssöhne.
Emmanuel, ein Cartoon-Animator, arbeitet in Kilkenny, Irland, in London und Dänemark.
Jonathan, IT-Ingenieur, ist im Start-up-Geschäft in Paris.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

Wir verliebten uns in die Ile de Ré im Sommer 1989, dem ersten Sommer unserer Zwillingssöhne. Zwei Jahre später haben wir es geschafft, eines der letzten Grundstücke auf der Insel zu kaufen. Wir hatten die Villa im Jahr 1991 gebaut, mit meinem Mann entwerfen und ich verantwortlich für die Inneneinrichtung.
Die Villa ist seit der Sommerzeit der Familie und wird ständig renoviert, neu gestrichen und in einem perfekten Zustand gehalten, eine Herausforderung für diese Villa am Strand, die stark vom Xynthia-Sturm im Februar 2010 zerschlagen wurde und weiterhin von Stürmen jeden Monat betroffen ist Von Februar.
Sie werden den Geruch des Meeres lieben und leichte Brise jeden Morgen, wenn Sie die Fensterläden zu öffnen!

Das macht diese Unterkunft einzigartig

Die Villa ist buchstäblich am Strand, die Aussicht, Sonnenuntergänge, sind fantastisch. Das beheizte Schwimmbad ist ein Genuss.
Die Lage an der Südküste bedeutet, dass es vor den Winden geschützt ist.
Der abgeschiedene Ort ermöglicht absolute Privatsphäre.
