Parking Info:
There is an optional parking in the hotel for an additional $35 per day (the rate might be varied) depending on availability. Payable directly to the hotel. First come, first served, parking cannot be reserved. Please ask front desk after 4pm.

Check Out Cleaning:
The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels and restocking of amenities after each departure.
There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.

Linens and towels:
We provide one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, pillows and blanket are in the closet.

Our guests have exclusive and full access to the studio during the time of the reservation. Our guests have access to all the hotel amenities like pool, lobby, BBQ area.
