IM HAUS
Dieses schöne Haus in der gehobenen Winter Creek Entwicklung wurde 2007 gebaut. Es ist voll möbliert mit allen neuen komfortablen zeitgenössischen Möbeln, Kunstwerken, Beleuchtung, Bettwäsche, Bettwäsche und vielen dekorativen Akzenten, die ein ausgeprägtes Gefühl von Stil und Wärme erzeugen, wenn Sie durch die Tür unseres Wintercreek Mountain Delight gehen.
Entspannen Sie im schönen Wohnbereich beim Fernsehen oder genießen Sie Ihre Familie und Freunde am Kamin. Wenn Sie kochen möchten, wird Sie unsere voll ausgestattete Küche nicht enttäuschen. Sie können auch an unserem Esstisch mit 6 Plätzen ein formelles Abendessen einnehmen oder im Freien essen Abendessen auf einem unserer Decks, Sie haben die Wahl.
Dieses Ferienhaus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer und ein voll ausgestattetes Büro. Der Meister befindet sich im ersten Stock, ebenso wie das Büro. Weitere 2 Schlafzimmer befinden sich im zweiten Stock. Hier finden Sie viel Platz, um sich zu verteilen. Sie werden unsere Wintercreek Mountain Delight lieben.

LAGE / AUSSTATTUNG
Es ist 6,5 Meilen nach Northstar und 10 Meilen nach Squaw Valley. Es ist auch zu Fuß in die Altstadt von Truckee mit vielen guten Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auf der anderen Straßenseite befindet sich der Truckee Regional Park mit Langlaufloipen entlang des Truckee River und einer Eisbahn im Winter. Im Sommer gibt es dort auch Ballfelder, Amphitheater und Wander- / Laufstrecken entlang des Truckee River.
Gleich die Straße runter befindet sich der Ponderosa Golfplatz. Egal zu welcher Jahreszeit, unser Wintercreek Mountain Delight Ferienhaus in Truckee erwartet Sie !!!

Wintercreek Vacation Home is well-located in a quiet area - minutes from 2 ski resorts and Town!

Property was clean, spacious and well-appointed. It was in a nice area for walks... and indeed one could walk to downtown Truckee. Property manager was kind and responsive. A nice stay!

Beautiful house, great location

Stayed up here for a long weekend. The house is in a great location to get around Truckee on foot or bike. The beds were comfortable and the house had plenty of space for us. Would recommend!

Great house very clean

The house was very enjoyable to stay at. Well stocked kitchen for dishes and cookware. Beds were comfy and great location. Also very clean. If staying during summer there is no AC but they provided fans which were very helpful.

Absolutely delightful

This home was so nice. It was extremely comfortable and well cared for. The whole neighborhood is gorgeous. We enjoyed sitting out on the front and back porches amongst the giant trees and beautiful flowers. The beds were very cozy and the kitchen supplies were well stocked. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!

Perfect Family Vacation & Great Location

Great, quiet neighborhood with easy access to all that Tahoe has to offer. Very convenient to Sawtooth Trail for hiking and MTB as well as Truckee River Trail. Easy walk to downtown Truckee and restaurants off Brockway Road. In winter close to Northstar and other skit resorts. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked to cook meals as desired, and it has modern appliances. Great supply of fans in hotter weather. Property manager was responsive to our needs. Upon arrival we thought it odd that there was only keycode access to the garage with no key. This was a minor inconvenience until a thunderstorm and power outage of 3 hours left us locked in without a way to safely and securely leave (it could have been worse -- we could have been locked out). Property Management was responsive, even though it was a SAT, but didn't have a key either. It was resolved in about 40 minutes but suggest inquiring to make sure that they have added a lock box with key prior to renting (they told us they would be resolving this after our stay). Only other suggestion is to offer a fresh sponge in the kitchen for each new guest. Overall, we would come back and stay again!

Loved My Stay at Wintercreek

This was my first time at this residence but I had stayed in this development for several years in the past. This far surpassed my previous experience. Wintercreek is close to the Truckee Regional Park and Downtown which is great and a short drive to other attactions. The home is very comfortable and my party was very happy with the home. Lovely kitchen, homey family room and all said that the beds were very comfortable. I definitely recommend this home and would love to stay here again soon.

Wonderful Winter Creek!!

The house smelled so very clean the moment you hit the door way. The layout of the home was great with two bedrooms upstairs and one master suite downstairs. The home had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Winter Creek is located in a very great little neighborhood close to downtown Truckee, shops and restaurants. We will absolutely be staying at Winter Creek again. Oh, the property management was wonderful to work with as well. A big thank you to Dana for all your help!!

A lil improvements!! But great house!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time!! The house is nice and the area is quiet it would be nice if there were Tvs in all the bedrooms an it was a lil more kid friendly! It would also be nice if there was a place to sit outside and have a meal an even better if it had a full size Bbq!! Overall the house was amazing an we enjoyed our stay!!

Winter Creek Getaway!!

Reviewer Comments: I would highly reccomend staying at this property anytime during the year....rates were great, house was perfect size for an average family!! We loved everything about this home!! Looking forward to getting back here in the fall!!

Great property, Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was clean and very well maintained. Great location, minutes from squaw and lake Tahoe. I couldn't give this property 5 stars on overall satisfaction for two reasons. One is the number and size of the only tv in the house. One very small tv in the family room. I brought two kids and while we were out and busy during the the evenings it would have been nice for everyone to retreat to different locations in the house to watch tv and relax. The second reason is there is no AC...which normally wouldn't be an issue except that these houses are extremely close together and you HAVE to have the windows open in the summertime so your neighbors hear everything from you and you hear everything from them. One of the neighbors were out on their back porch (which is backed up to all the bdr windows to this house) partying until around 2am. We had to close the windows which made it very hot..not a very good nights sleep. So 3 suggestions to the owners...1) Please invest in more TV's for the bedrooms and a bigger one for the family room and 2) Buy some fans for the bedrooms so the air can be moved around when its hot and it can drown out noise from neighbors when the windows are open and 3) A gas grill would have been awesome. Other than that this is a great property with a great management team.
