Pool hours are 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. No lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised at all times.
No glass at the pool or beach.
No diving in the pool or jacuzzi. No dive or snorkel gear in the pool or jacuzzi.
No smoking or vaping inside the unit or in any common areas including lobbies, elevators, stairways, garages, pool, or beach.
Nothing may be hung from balcony or terrace railings, windows, columns, or arches. Do not throw or drop anything from balconies or terraces.
No pets are allowed in the pool or beach areas.
Please keep entrances, hallways, elevators, and stairways clear at all times.
