This studio called - The Roof Top - has a small pool on the roof top and completely private to the guest. The roof top terrace is equipped with charcoal type grill, sink, fridge and smart TV & WIFI. The view from the roof top is my favorite. Watch the sun set and the sunrise while you relax on the pool or grill your favorite food. It’s one of a kind and hope you enjoy it and love it as much as I do. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable queen size pillow-top mattress. Smart 42” TV, High speed Internet. Full size closet, full bath and mid size kitchen with electric stove, blender, coffee maker and all you need to cook your favorite dish. There is a 5 gallon water jug with electric pump for your convenience. You have to refill it if you need additional water. If you stay 28 days or more you get a complementary house keeping once a week if requested. There is also a washer and dryer for you to use at your convenience and it’s located downstairs. Please provide your own detergent. The property is two blocks from Sam’s club and many restaurants, groceries stores, workout gyms, and many more near by. The ocean and the ferry is about 1 mile away, about a 10 minute drive. The airport is 7 minutes away. You can park your rental car outside the property. The scooters are to be kept inside the premises.
The property is located inside a very central and safe neighborhood. There is a park right around the corner where locals meet every night to gather together, play sports etc. Live with-in the locals in a very safe area and get a different experience of Cozumel.
The property has video cameras at the entrance and pool area for safety reasons. Also the property is equipped with alarm electric system.

Short Stay

We stayed at the aprtment for three nights, but could and would definately stay for longer!! We loved all aspects of the apartment, it looked great on the photos and it didn't disappoint. it has got a lovely feel about it and we couldn't believe how much space we had. Loved the decor and the way that it had been finished. We also enjoyed the location being away from the tourist crowds. In our short stay we made sure we made use of all the different areas, relaxing on the shaded patio and cooling down in the roof top pool. Communication with Jaime was excellent throughout our stay and his family members who met us at the beginning and end of the trip were helpful and friendly.

Wonderful stay

Lovely property! We stayed 2 weeks for our honeymoon and really enjoyed the rooftop pool space! The room was clean and tidy, high quality sheets and towels. The indoor kitchen space was much more spacious than we expected from the pictures and had everything we needed. We did have a small issue with the air conditioning that was repaired promptly and professionally, the caretaker was very attentive and all the maintenance staff and fellow guests were wonderful. Property was walking distance to grocery and several local restaurants, lots of room for parking a rental car. 5 min walk to a main road to hail a taxi, 5 min ride downtown 10 min ride to local beach or beach club. I would recommend this property to friends and family and will likely book again next year!

A relaxing environment.

My wife and I spent Feb at the Hobbit and very much enjoyed it. The roof-top private pool and patio area were very relaxing. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe in the area. Although their wasn't an onsite property manager available as anticipated the host was always accessible via messenger and was able to help us with any questions that arose. The internet worked well and we were able to stream entertainment on the TV's and our personal equipment. It is conveniently located close to grocery shopping and we found several nice eating establishments in the area. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
