The Space:
Welcome to Casablanca, a luxury coastal retreat perfectly positioned just steps from the powder-soft sands of world-famous Anna Maria Island, and only a short walk from one of the island’s most beloved commercial districts—Bridge Street! It truly doesn’t get more ideal than this when it comes to walkability. This stunning 7-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom home sleeps 16 guests comfortably and showcases breathtaking views of the Gulf, the beach, and the island’s waterways. Designed for sunrise-to-sunset enjoyment, the home blends spacious indoor living with standout outdoor amenities, including a heated pool and spa, a private backyard surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, a custom putt-putt green, multiple balconies with beach views, and an incredible rooftop deck offering sweeping views of both the Gulf and the bay. And while the photos are impressive, they only tell part of the story—you’ll have to experience Casablanca in person to truly appreciate just how special it is.
Floor Plan Description (by level):
Ground Level
You’ll enter through a private main gate that leads directly to the pool patio and the foyer, where both an elevator and staircase offer access to all upper floors (excluding rooftop). This level provides parking for 3 cars outside, along with garage parking for another 3 as well as a refrigerator and an ice maker located in the garage. Outside, a beautifully landscaped backyard retreat surrounds the heated saltwater pool and spa. The covered patio is made for relaxing after a day at the beach and includes two smart TVs, a cozy fireplace, a natural gas grill, hammock, outdoor shower and ample seating. A turf area for putt-putt golf and a designated corn hole lane add a playful touch to the space. You’ll also have access to a ping pong table, plus outdoor favorites like poolside basketball hoop and bocce ball—plenty of ways to unwind and enjoy time together.
The First Level of Living (2nd Floor)
This level was designed with connection in mind. The open-concept great room showcases direct Gulf views and flows beautifully from one space to the next. The chef’s kitchen features premium appliances, double ovens, and a large island with seating for 5. From here, the kitchen opens into the dining area, which seats 12, and then into the spacious living room. Large doors lead out to the front balcony, where two tables with seating for 6 create the perfect place for alfresco dining and sunset watching. A second balcony at the rear offers additional outdoor dining for 8 and stairs leading directly to the pool area.. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are also located here, each offering a king bed, en suite bathroom and balcony access. A laundry room, pantry and a dedicated work area complete this thoughtfully designed floor.
The Second Level of Living (3rd Floor)
This level includes 5 bedrooms total: Master Bedroom 1, 3 king bedrooms, and a bunk room. The layout is thoughtfully designed so every bedroom enjoys Gulf views or access to a Gulf-view balcony. Master Bedroom 1 feels like a true retreat, with a walk-in closet and a spa-style bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and freestanding soaking tub, along with calming Gulf views that make mornings especially peaceful. From the bedroom, you can step directly onto the front balcony, which is also accessible from the upper-level landing with seating and is a wonderful spot to enjoy the Gulf breeze. Bedroom 4 offers a king bed, Gulf views, and its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedrooms 5 and 6 both feature king beds and share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower, making them an easy and comfortable setup for families or friends traveling together, and both open to the rear balcony with comfortable seating and Gulf views. Bedroom 7 is a thoughtfully designed bunk room with one king bed and two twin beds, a smart TV, a Nintendo Switch gaming console, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and it also opens to the same rear balcony shared with Bedrooms 5 and 6—making it a favorite space for kids, teens, or additional guests. A second laundry room and stair access to the rooftop complete the setup of this floor.
Rooftop Deck
The rooftop terrace crowns Casablanca with sweeping 360-degree views of the Gulf of Mexico, Tampa Bay, and Sarasota Bay. This open-air space was built for unforgettable moments—sunrise coffee, sun loungers for soaking up the sun, sunset cocktails around a fireplace, stargazing, or one-of-a-kind dinner gatherings. The large table for 14 sets the stage for memorable meals, and with uninterrupted views from beach to bay, you’ll quickly discover why this rooftop is one of the most extraordinary vantage points on all of Anna Maria Island.
Getting Around:
If you want to explore further without the hassle of driving, you’ll find multiple stops nearby for the free trolley or ‘Monkey Bus’ ride that provides transportation service to the entirety of Anna Maria Island. You’re also just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft to the mainland Bradenton/Cortez area (5-10 minutes) and downtown Bradenton or Sarasota (25-30 min) for access to numerous fantastic restaurants, shops, marinas, bars and entertainment, grocers, and more. And, day trips to Lido Key, Siesta Key, Venice Beach, Myakka State Park and so much more are all less than an hour away, as well as the amazing theme parks of Tampa and Orlando that are all just 1-2 hours away! So, whether you’re relaxing poolside, entertaining on the rooftop deck, hosting friends and family, or planning a day trip or getting out on the town, this estate promises a vacation experience like no other.

This Anna Maria Island luxury vacation rental features Smart TVs with streaming services, as well as Free Wi-Fi throughout the property—including outdoor areas for full coverage for all your work or personal needs. All bedrooms will include smart TVs, and the home offers window treatments throughout (except kitchen and living areas).
