Wunderschön mit all den Annehmlichkeiten, zu Hause zu sein. Schöne Aussicht auf das Meer, den Sonnenaufgang und den Sonnenuntergang. Ort, Ort, Ort ist das, was Sie erhalten, wenn Sie bei uns mieten. Sie können Ihr Auto parken und alle Ihre Lieblingsaktivitäten zu Fuß erreichen.

Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer mit hochwertigen Matratzen. Der Meister hat ein Kingsize-Pillow-Top-Bett; zweites Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Pillow-Top-Bett; Das dritte Schlafzimmer verfügt über 3 Zustellbetten, die separat genutzt oder zusammengeschoben werden können. Die Couch zieht sich zu einem Queen-Size-Bett und es gibt ein Einzelbett in der Einheit.

Die Küche ist mit Corian-Theken, Corian-Mittelinsel und Corian-Unterbauwaschbecken ausgestattet. Auch zurückspritzen gekachelt. Es gibt Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank mit Eismaschine, Entsorgung, Backofen und Mikrowelle.

Another great stay, third year in a row!

We always enjoy staying at Paul’s property in Wildwood. It is so close to the boardwalk and the beach and is super convenient. The condo has three spacious bedrooms with room for everyone and two full baths. All of the beach equipment and bikes saves us money each year from having to rent these items. The condo was very quiet and the balcony makes for perfect, relaxing while looking at the boardwalk and Ocean in the distance. Paul is a great host and the instructions were all very straightforward and easy to follow.

Amazing! Pictures do not do this condo justice. The condo is huge and beautiful inside. Fit our family perfectly. Beds very comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect. Kitchen fully stocked. The washer and dryer were a nice bonus as well. Def got use out of them. Sitting on the balcony every morning with my coffee was so peaceful, and sitting out at night people watching. The garage was very convenient as well. Only negative thing I could say was tight parking. The back alleyway was very narrow. And a tight fit getting into the garage. My daughter scraped the paint off her car getting inside. But, a can of spray paint from the dealer can fix that. I highly recommend this condo. And if we ever plan an other week trip to wildwood we will surely rent again. And the Friday night fireworks were the perfect way to end a perfect week.

A Week in Wildwood

The owner is very responsive and promptly replies when scheduling and responding to questions. No misdirection or false description of the condo. Having a full kitchen and living room with 3 bedrooms and two baths a block off the boardwalk cannot be beaten. After spending lots of time on the beach or walking the boardwalk, the last thing you need is a multi-block hike to a small hotel/motel room. The condo is clean and well-maintained (although bedroom TVs are a bit dated they work fine). Who goes to the beach to watch TV anyway. Note: this 2nd-floor condo requires 3 flights of stairs but is worth the climb to be up away from street noise. Recommend and will rent again if dates and availability align.

**AMAZING** Property and booking!

My family and I booked Paul's property for our annual trip to Wildwood. We have been visiting Wildwood for many years and have stayed in a variety of hotels and condos. This place blew them all away! It's just a short walk from the boardwalk by Laura's Fudge. First and foremost- the LOCATION is awesome! Park your car once and you are so close to everything in Wildwood- it was so convenient to get to the beach, boardwalk, and everything else we wanted to do. The property itself is amazing- three private bedrooms and two full baths ensured everyone had their own space and privacy for the stay so everyone could relax. The balcony is amazing- every morning I would drink my coffee on the balcony and unwind at night there after a long day. My teenagers loved how close we were to the piers and all of the action that the boardwalk has to offer. The condo had a lot of amenities that were nice- bikes for the whole family, private garage parking, a kitchen with all of the essential gadgets, and tranquillity. The street and neighbors were quiet. Besides the awesome view of the beach, ocean, and boardwalk, you could also see the ferris wheel from the balcony which made for a cool sight at night time. The property owner was awesome- he sent me directions well ahead of time and was very detailed with his instructions. It made check in and check out a non-stressful event! I would absolutely stay here again with my family and I hope to book here again next summer.

Could be cleaned better. Kitchen counters were dirty with crumbs and cabinets were sticky. Parking was very tight in the garage for a larger vehicle. Lots of beach items to use. There were some extra blankets to use if necessary, but definitely take your own. Close proximity to the broadwalk. Single mattresses were old and could feel the springs in them, could be replaced. Dishwasher didn’t really clean the dishes, had to re-wash multiple dishes.

Perfect location!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Paul was great to deal with! It is a beautifully clean perfect location spot! Unit was super spacious as well. Lots of bikes and beach stuff which is helpful packing A car already full of necessities.The only thing I would change is the key box. Hard to open and then close. Would of loved A keypad lock instead of actual keys with teenagers was tough with them in and out . Will def return to this spot !

Perfect Location

Location cannot be beat!

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation here with friends. This condo is beautiful and spacious, and comes with everything you need for your stay—fully equipped kitchen, plus beach wagon, bikes and more. But the best feature is the location one block from the boardwalk. You can see the beach and ocean from the balcony. Gorgeous view!

Beautiful location

On a adoré notre séjour et les propriétaires ont répondu rapidement à nos questions. On est réellement collé sur le Boardwalk ! La vue du balcon, lequel balcon a de beaux sieges confortables, est tout simplement parfaite avec vue sur la grande roue qui est un vrai spectacle tous les soirs.

Close to beach and boardwalk!

Good 1 floor condo for 3 year olds. Very basic accommodations. No frills, old furniture and carpets, but works fine. Absolutely needed the wagon and a stroller to get to the beach. Overall cleanliness should be improved. Even after showering walking around leaves you with dirty feet. Location is the big plus for this rental!

Great location

We rented this house for my daughter 16th Birthday. We were 2 adults and 8 teenage girls. We had a blast. GREAT LOCATION. In general the house was great. Paul is very quick in answering the messages. The process was quick and smooth. We’ll certainly would rent it again. Thanks Paul.

First time renting a Cando/ appartment. I always stayed in the Hotel. What is a big difference to have a kitchen with everything you need from silverware, cups, pans, cleanning supply …etc. landermat, two car garage, storage room (bikes, Wagon , ..) made our saty fantastic. Location is perfect. Easy IN / OUT from the boardwalk. We enjoyed the balcony in the morning as well as at night, very relaxing. Very clean (cream carpet and cream sofa) and spacious bedrooms. 1 block from the beach and boardwalk!

Stayed for the popular Beach Blast. Location was perfect! My girlfriend and I with 8 teenage soccer playing teenage boys! Boarwalk right there and soccer fields right there. No driving all weekend. Place was well kept and they had all the things we needed to feed this group so no ordering out! Beds were comfy and loved they supplied paper towels, napkins, toilet paper and storage bags! Not many places do. Perfect for our group of boys! Thank you!

Excellent Week & Excellent Condo!

We just got back last weekend from a week at this unit. What can I say, LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! Half a block (if that) to the boardwalk and beach, right next to Laura's Fudge (which is excellent). Paul was excellent to work with, very timely replies and an overall easy process. The unit is excellent for families. We went with my wife, 2 kids (5 and 3) and their grandparents. The layout is perfect, kids room was far away from living area so no distractions, very comfortable beds, well stocked/supplied kitchen and really nice deck. My only feedback/recommendation to make it even better is to upgrade the TV's; with that, the unit would be perfect! Hoping to return to Wildwood next year and this will be the first place we check for availability.
