Spacious 4-bedroom townhome in Wildwood with pool!!!

Beautiful 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bathroom townhouse in the gated Wildwood Square complex. Hardwood floors, granite counter tops with gourmet kitchen fully stocked. Three decks including two that overlook the gorgeous courtyard with views (and shouting distance) to the large pool.

Three blocks to the beach and boardwalk. First floor has a two car garage along with a bedroom and full bath. Second floor is the living area with family room, dining area, kitchen, 1/2 bath and large deck overlooking the courtyard and pool. Third floor has a master bedroom with bathroom and another deck facing the courtyard. Also 2 more bedrooms and a beautifully remodeled full bathroom. All bedrooms have cable TV's, family room has a 65" HDTV and WIFI.

First floor has bedroom with trundle, full bath with entry to garage and to courtyard and pool. Third floor has three bedrooms including recently remodeled master with king bed, big screen TV, private full bath and large covered deck overlooking the courtyard and pool. Also has a bedroom with queen bed and a bedroom to pile kids in with bunk bed and trundle.

What we love about this place!

Privacy and Peace - Wildwood is a very exciting place with the boardwalk beach, restaurants and activities. But, once you come through the remote activated gates you will have a peaceful escape and beautiful grounds that are only shared by the other townhouses in the community.

The pool - Not just a small pool squeezed into a small space, this is a large pool (including kiddie) with plenty of space and a lifeguard. Gas grills are also there for burgers and dogs. This unit comes with 10 wristbands required for entry.

Byrne Plaza - Awesome park 1 block away. Movie night every Tuesday, farmers market every Saturday, live music on Thursdays and Saturday night. Food trucks, a marketplace and various events throughout the summer. More info here: https://www.dooww.com/

Why our place? - We have a great location within the complex, an end unit with open sight lines to the pool.

Lots of upgrades in our unit! Granite in the kitchen, hardwood floors, updated electronics, no keys needed.

Vacation with friends.

The property was perfect for our needs. The location is perfect being centered on the boardwalk and walking distance to most restaurants. The pool was clean and quiet. We had 1 issue during our stay and the owner responded immediately and fixed the problem. I would highly recommend this property as we are booking already for same time next year.

Lovely holiday weekend

I booked this place for a Memorial Day weekend trip with my friends. It is in a great location, the house is open and spacious for gatherings and group activities/hanging out, and the owner is very communicative and helpful. You will want to bring all of your own towels and sheets, as well as toilet paper and paper towels. Overall, we had a lovely weekend and enjoyed our stay in wildwood!

First vacation with our kids and grandchildren

We had a wonderful vacation renting this house. It was perfect for our family. We were able to have our 4 kids 2 with their spouses and our 2 1 year old grand-babies all together under 1 roof. The kitchen was well stocked, all you need to do is grocery shop for food and you are all set! We had a great time watching the babies while the kids walked or rode the bikes that were available in the garage. Great location to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and stores. Once we got there we didn’t use our car until the day we left. Definitely would rent again if we vacation in Wildwood again.

Family vacation

Beautiful townhouse! Very spacious. Teens loved the roominess. Had all the conveniences of home. Close to boardwalk and beach. Yet, far enough away for quiet downtime to enjoy the pool or sit and read on one of the balconies. Excellent communication with the owner, David, who was quick to respond and answer any questions we had. Was nice to have bikes to use and not have to rent them on the boardwalk. Would definitely rent here again!

The check in process was easy. The neighbors were nice we met a few people who owned their property for years. The doggie next door is super friendly and cute. House is awesome my kids love the rooms and tons of bathrooms was a plus.

This property is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. It is clean, well set up, and stocked with basic needs for an extended stay. Many of the neighbors were welcoming. As a black family, we did have one "Karen" moment with another set of guests who took it upon themselves to question my son-in aw while he waited for his wife and the child to join him outside of the unit. In spite of that, I would stay here again.

Excellent family vacation

My family had a wonderful time at this property and definitely hopes to return. The owner was responsive and accommodating. The property is laid out nicely, with the kitchen and living/dining area on one level and the bedrooms almost all upstairs. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom are great for a grandparent or other guest. The pool was lively and was the best part for my 3-, 5- and 8-year-old kids. There are a couple of grills there as well. We also appreciated the convenience of a garage that leads directly into the townhouse. The location is excellent, with the boardwalk and waterpark about a 12-minute walk away and several good restaurants within walking distance as well. We loved the farmers market nearby on Saturday mornings too.

We enjoyed our time. Location was ok. Property was nice. Unit could use some updating. The bunk beds were wobbly. There was some sort of party at the pool one day with loud music, it was not our cup of tea and did not appeal to us. So we didn’t go which was a bummer.

Beautiful home!

First let me start by saying how amazing the hosts were. They communicated well, provided a lot of information before we checked in and they accommodated us & made sure we had everything we needed. The home was beautiful! Very spacious ! Clean & well equipped for our family vacation. The location is great! Boardwalk within walking distance, so many nearby stores and restaurants. I absolutely loved this trip! Everything was amazing. No complaints. I would recommend a million times over.
