To ensure a wonderful stay for everyone, we ask that you observe the following:
** Up to two dogs are welcome with prior approval. A pet fee applies.
Please keep pets out of the pool, do not allow them on beds or sofas, and we truly appreciate your cooperation in following these guidelines.
Please be mindful of excessive barking, especially when pets are left unattended. If your pet may become anxious or cause damage, they must be crated when not supervised.
Guests are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning resulting from pets. Repeated violations of pet policies or neighbor complaints may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.


** Long-term stays of 28 days or more are permitted.

** Heating for the spa/hot tub is included with your stay. Pool heating is an optional amenity available for an additional fee of $65 per day. Please request this service in advance so we can have the pool heated for your arrival.
The floats are used at the guest's own risk, and are not lifesaving devices.

**Early Check-In:** We can often accommodate early check-in for a small hourly convenience fee, provided the house is not booked the night before. Please ask in advance.

**Late Checkout** Same as early check-in. If we do not have a same-day check-in, we may be able accommodate for a small hourly convenience fee.
