Our large family home is centrally located in Tampa Bay with easy access to major expressways ,tourist attractions, and airport. Downstairs there's a living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, bathroom and bedroom/game room. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Outside there's a large fenced yard w/basketball court, backyard pickleball court, fire pit, covered patio seating, bbq grill, non-heated swimming pool and separate hot tub.

Incredible home with so many activities to do there. A great pool and wonderful kitchen. The hosts were very easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone going to the Tampa area.

Great Place

What a great place to stay! We went to visit my oldest daughter and my niece. This was the perfect place to keep the grandparents and the kids entertained the whole time. Walmart down the road was helpful. We enjoyed all of the games (indoor and outdoor), pool, hot tub as well as the cozy, family friendly home environment! Everything was well kept and stocked.

Busch Gardens/Father’s Day Weekend

We were in town for a day trip to Busch Gardens. The house was only a 20 minute, very easy drive to the park. This was great especially since we had little kids with us. The house was right down the street from a Walmart and several restaurants so if we needed anything it was all right there. My grandkids loved the game room and swimming pool. The pool and hot tub were both very clean. The house was also very clean and we had quick responses from the owners. Overall we would stay again if in the area.

Perfect little getaway!

Very clean, they had great info on the property and things to do around the area, quick to reply when we had a dishwasher issue. Pool and hot tub were fantastic! Would definitely stay here again.

Location is good as in close places to shop for food, gas and restaurants. House has indoor and outdoor games, including a game room which was fun. Only issue but a really bad one is there were alot of wasp nest so it was hard to enjoy the outside

Short Family Getaway

The house was perfect for what we needed. Pool and hot tub was a plus. Plenty of space for us all and plenty of things to do while our stay. No issues and the hosts were excellent in communication and pleasant to work with. I would stay again the next time we visit our daughter in Tampa.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect for our group of 7. Easy commute to the airport and the Amalie Arena where we attended an event. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub everyday. The neighborhood was nice - close to grocery store, dining options and an escape room which we did twice. Game room, patio and provided snacks were all an added bonus! The owners were super easy to work with!

Perfect Location

We traveled from NY to watch the Bills/Bucs game (Go Bills). Everything was exactly as the pictured and that the descriptions stated. Perfect location to easily get to and from the stadium. The house was well equipped both indoors and outdoors. The owners were courteous and easy to communicate with.

Awesome!

We had a mixed group of parents, early twenties and teenagers. We loved staying here! There were lots of activities to entertain us even when we decided not to venture out. The pool and hot tub were great! We also enjoyed bag tournaments, putting tournaments, basketball tournaments and video game tournaments. We had a blast and we would reccomend this place to anyone travelling in the area!

Great Back Yard for Families

Location great, communication great, amenities great. Only issues are pool is freezing cold, but they note it in description - so we didn't use it once while there. You can also tell animals are permitted in home. Children were ecstatic about # of games available, and my husband was able to rent a mountain bike nearby at recommendation of hosts.

Why stay in separate hotel rooms, when you can all stay together? Our beautiful home is located in Tampa and close to the airport, parks, museums, stores & restaurants. We have a spacious 3 bdrm/ 2.5 bath that is able to comfortably sleep 11 guests. You will find countless things to do from the hot tub & swimming pool, mini golf, and the loaded game room .Enjoy a truly relaxing vacation where memories will be created.

Our home is 2,051 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. We have a fully equipped kitchen where the largest Thanksgiving Dinner you can imagine can be prepared and a dining room that can accommodate your family for that big dinner. We also have a large eat in kitchen table that seats an additional 6 people. All three bedrooms are located upstairs with the Master Bedroom boasting a king size mattress. The room at the top of the stairs has a double bed and the room across from the main bathroom has two single beds. You can also find a crib if needed in the master bedroom closet. The couch in the living room can be converted into a double bed allowing for two more people to sleep. We also provide two air mattresses located in the towels room if you need to have additional beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a full shower and bathtub combo. The main bathroom is located in the upstairs hallway and a half bathroom can be found downstairs near the kitchen. There is an amazing game room found right off the kitchen with an air hockey table, Golden Tee video game, and many more games. This room has a separate window air conditioner to allow you to cool the room separately from the rest of the house which has central air conditioning. The home has two Smart TV's found in the living room and Master Bedroom. In the backyard you will find a large inground swimming pool(not heated) with a separate hot tub, basketball court, mini golf, a covered patio with table and chairs, along with several deck lounge chairs. Under the covered patio is the gas BBQ grill that you are able to use. We have also added a Xbox One with some games in the main living room. This console can be used to either watch movies or play Xbox games. Instructions on how to use the console are provided in the house handbook.
