Welcome to your coastal retreat in the family-friendly Bishop’s Landing community. This spacious two-level townhome comfortably sleeps up to eight guests, making it ideal for group getaways.

Enjoy access to top-tier amenities—including three seasonal pools, two fitness centers with yoga studios, clubhouses, tennis and pickleball courts, a basketball court, playgrounds, a pier, and a catch-and-release pond. A seasonal shuttle provides easy access to the Bethany Beach boardwalk. Resort fee is $125 per booking.

The open-concept main level features comfortable seating, a Smart TV, a half bath, and a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances, gas stove, coffee makers (drip & Keurig), and all essentials for dining in. Step out to the private screened porch overlooking peaceful cornfields—perfect for morning coffee or relaxing after a beach or pool day.

Upstairs, all three bedrooms offer a quiet retreat, each with its own Smart TV. The primary suite includes a king bed and en-suite bath with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third features two full beds. A second full bath and laundry room complete the upper level.

We want you to start your vacation the second you walk through the door. No need to make beds, strip the sheets or do laundry at the end of your stay. Every bed in the home is professionally made and ready for a good night’s rest. You’ll find fresh bath towels, hand towels, and kitchen towels cleaned and waiting for you. In addition, we supply paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, dryer sheets, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.

• There is a $125 Facilities fee.
• You must be at least 25 to rent this home.
• Linens and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
• Trash pickup is every Monday, with recycling collected every other Monday.
• Garage access is available only from inside the home.
• Parking is available for one vehicle in the driveway and one vehicle in the garage. Street parking is not permitted. Overflow parking is located at the end of the townhome row, to the right of the home near the basketball and pickleball courts.
• Upon departure, be sure to leave all keys and amenity access cards in the home. Replacement fee for these items is $150.
