Renters will receive Pool/Shuttle passes and Access fobs . There is a $100 replacement fee for each lost Pool/Shuttle passes and a $100 replacement fee for each lost Access Fob . Reservations made within 22 days of arrival will not have access to the community amenities.

During the summer season, a guest registration must be completed in order to purchase the community amenities. The community charges a $175 flat fee per reservation for use of the amenities. The shuttle stop for this area is at Center Point and Reservoir Rd. The shuttle runs from 10am-10pm from June -Sep. The shuttle loop takes approx. one hour. Amenity cards are required for anyone over 5 to ride the shuttle.



Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
