The chalet is a stunning and spacious mountain home located in the heart of the Poconos. This modern and stylish home is perfect for families, groups of friends, or couples looking for a comfortable and luxurious vacation rental.

As you enter the home, you'll be greeted by a grand living area that boasts a stone fireplace, large windows, and plenty of comfortable seating. The living area is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the Pocono Mountains, playing at the lake or enjoying a movie night on the large 100 inch flat-screen projector TV.

The chalet has four bedrooms, each with its own unique charm. The master bedroom is located on the main floor and features a king-size bed, custom headboard and plenty of closet space. The other three bedrooms are located on the upper level and feature 2 comfortable queen-size beds, 1 comfortable King-size bed with plenty of closet space and a loft with 4 twin beds.

The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals during your stay. It features high-end appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, and blender. The kitchen is open to the dining area, which features a large table that can accommodate eight guests.

One of the highlights of the chalet is the outdoor space. The large deck features a eight-person hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a long day of skiing or hiking. The deck also has a screened in porch, a gas grill and plenty of seating, making it the perfect spot for outdoor meals and gatherings.

The lower level of the home features a spacious game room with a theater and air hockey table. This is the perfect spot for families or groups to hang out and have some fun stream a movie or the big games like Football (Super Bowl) or the Sweet 16.

Overall, the chalet offers a luxurious and comfortable mountain getaway. With its grand living spaces, well-equipped kitchen, and outdoor hot tub and grill, it's the perfect place to relax and unwind with family and friends, or for a girls weekend or bachelor party.

Ground floor:
Theater Room - Guests can connect to their streaming service accounts to view TV or Movies on the 100-inch screen. Theater snacks provided!

Laundry room – Washer and dryer for guest use. There are also a few detergent pods and dryer sheets available.

Main level:
Dining Room - The dining room seats 8. There is a leaf in the great room closet should you want to extend the table further. The bar seats 4 and the screened in patio area can seat 6. A child seat is provided and can be found in the great room closet.
Kitchen – Kitchen is fully stocked. Scan the QR code to look at the welcome binder for all items found in the kitchen. Spices and tea are provided. Shelves are labeled for ease of returning items after use. Small appliances include a coffee maker, a stock pot, a large capacity crock pot, rice cooker, a waffle iron and a toaster. Additionally, there is a blender, a hand mixer and an electric kettle.
Master bedroom – King bed
Great room – Gathering place, blankets, games, fireplace, patio access and additional entrance to the outside.
Screened patio - This area is wonderful to relax in and to play games. Here you will also find an electric heater during the cold months.
Hot Tub – Hot tub is rated for 8 adults. Hot tub towels are located in the laundry room

Back yard:
Fire pit - Wood is provided for the outdoor fire pit. Roast marshmallows or tell amazing stories of the day’s adventures. (Roasting sticks and a fire poker are located in the patio area)

Bedroom 2- King bed
Bedroom 3- Queen bed
Bedroom 4-Queen bed
Flex space- roll away beds for kids.
2 additional twin roll-away beds are available in the laundry room.

All linens, towels, and hot tub towels are provided.
There is a working grill and smoker and the propane for these items are provided. Please read the welcome binder upon arrival for more information on how to use them.

We want to remind you that the speed limit within our community is 25 mph. This is to ensure the safety of all residents and guests within the area. Please drive responsibly and obey all traffic signs and signals. Any tickets issued by the community will be the guests responsibility. Please print the parking pass before arrival and display on your dash at all times. This pass will also be used to take trash to the compactor.

Guests have access to 10 wristbands that allow them to use the amenities in the community which include the ski hill, sled hill, beaches, tennis courts, pickleball court, basketball court and so much more. Please return the wristbands to avoid a $25 replacement fee.

Minimum age to rent is age 25.

Minimum days to rent the chalet is 2 days.

Be advised, Registration is required with the gated community and the community charges $35 per registration which includes use of amenity passes, trash compactor and parking.

The welcome book with the wifi password, house rules and guide book are located on a QR code you and your guests will scan with your phone inside the Chalet. Please look at all this information and familiarize yourself and your guests with everything inside it.

During the summer the recreation committee has activities planned for almost every day, including arts and crafts for the very young. Other activities, (i.e.) movies, holiday get togethers) for the whole family, are held throughout the year.

We want to inform you that our area is home to a variety of wildlife, including bears, skunks, foxes, raccoons, squirrels, deer, and turkey. While seeing these animals can be an exciting experience, we want to remind you to be respectful of their space and keep a safe distance.

Here are some tips to keep in mind:

Do not approach or attempt to feed the wildlife
Keep food and trash securely stored indoors to avoid attracting animals
If you do see wildlife, observe from a safe distance and never try to touch or interact with them
We want you to have a memorable and enjoyable stay, and by respecting the wildlife and their natural habitat, we can all enjoy the beauty of the Pocono Mountains together. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

We understand that pets are an important part of your family and we welcome them to our rental property. However, please note that there is a pet fee of $150 per stay. This fee is necessary to cover any additional cleaning required after your stay.
We kindly ask that you clean up after your pet both inside and outside the rental property. Please dispose of any pet waste in the provided trash cans and ensure that any damage caused by your pet is reported to us immediately.
