Broadmoor Spacious 4-bd 3 bth house with Mountain View’s 3 mins to The Broadmoor

Welcome to Casa Castle. We are delighted to host you and your family, friends and colleagues. We are conveniently located one mile from The Broadmoor Hotel, walking distance to epic hiking, 5 mins to downtown, Old CO City, Cheyenne Mtn Zoo, 10 mins to Manitou SPGS and Garden of the Gods Park. You are close to all attractions, restaurants and outdoor activities!!

There are 4 bdrms, 3 bths, a gorgeous sunroom, living room with baby grand, dedicated office space and a gourmet kitchen. We have a large, very quiet and private fenced yard with outdoor dining, commercial grill and picnic table. Pets are not allowed unless prior approval and a fee of $100 per pet. There’s a beautiful park across the street with a play area for children. Main level living so the only stairs are from the porch. Please note the fourth bedroom is meant for young adults or kids as the bedding is bunk beds.

We live here when not rented. You will find homey pictures, clothing and personal items (you will have plenty of closet space and access to drawers with the exception of the ones with ribbon tied around - these are personal with no access) food in pantry and fridge (help yourself!) and empty shelves in fridge and pantry for your stay. The shades in both the primary and kids room are automated so please use the wands up/down arrows to operated (do not pull on them as the will break and you will be responsible for repairing). The mini split air conditioner in the sunroom will cool and heat main living area. The remote is located on the wall by slider by the kitchen. All bedrooms have mini splits for air and heat as well. Please make sure they are on air and not fan. The jacuzzi is for owners use and not a part of this rental. We welcome you into our home filled with love. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!!

*OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE*
We have a separate, private apartment onsite. Most of the time we are not here as we travel often, but in case we are, you will not see or hear from us (unless you want to). In the Spring/Summer months, we have someone come to water plants on porch and in the backyard. We will text you prior to doing this.
