Unsere Unterkunft liegt ideal im 5. Stock eines gemütlichen 42-Zimmer-Komplexes, in dem Sie nicht um Platz am Strand konkurrieren müssen. Treten Sie aus der Wohnung und spüren Sie den Sand zwischen den Zehen. Es hat einen fantastischen Blick auf das Meer und den Strand mit Blick auf den Pool & Shuffle-Board-Bereich. Zu den weiteren Annehmlichkeiten gehören ein Gemeinschaftsraum, ein Fitnessraum, ein Shuffle-Board im Freien und ein Grillbereich. Ocean Side Veranda mit hohen Stühlen bieten einen ausgezeichneten Ort, um Ihren Morgenkaffee zu genießen, den Sonnenuntergang am Abend oder einfach nur die Kinder im Pool während des Tages zu beobachten.
Die Einheit wurde kürzlich auf den Mietmarkt zurückgebracht und wir werden weiter upgraden. Teppich und Sofas wurden erst Ende 2013 aktualisiert. Das zweite Schlafzimmer wurde Anfang 2015 mit 1 Queensize- und 1 Twin-Bett ausgestattet. Zu den Annehmlichkeiten der Unterkunft gehören ein Flachbild-TV im Familienzimmer und ein zweites Schlafzimmer, Kabel-, Internet- und Klimaanlage. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet und kann jede Mahlzeit zu Hause kochen.
Wenn Sie einen komfortablen, heimeligen Ort mit kleinem Budget und toller Aussicht direkt am Strand suchen, dann ist dies ein Strandurlaub für Sie. Unsere Preise sind sehr wettbewerbsfähig und wir haben keine versteckten Gebühren.

Great place to stay

This was the best condo we’ve stayed in since we started coming to Destin a few years ago. We enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend. Very clean and beautifully updated.

Paradise!

The waters of Destin are absolutely beautiful! The complex is not that big so the beach area is not crowded and it is conveniently laid out. Condo was even nicer than the pictures showed. All recently remodeled.

Nice place to stay.

The condo was very clean, and had a beautiful view of the ocean. It was well stocked and very comfortable. For the price you can not beat it. Now for the negatives, The Condo is dated, but very well kept. The Wi-Fi is terrible thru out the whole complex. The elevators seem to have a mind of their own, and were a little scary at times. Over all a wonderful place to stay, and we would absolutely come back.

Obviously, pictures were made when furnishings were new. The unit was surface clean, but needs a deep cleaning(even though drawers were lined, dust inside drawers). Mold behind commode in hall bath. Utensils and pans need to be updated. Have stayed in Destin 10 or more times. This is the worst condo yet. The view was great.

Great condo with a spectacular view!

I stayed at this condo with my family of four: 2 adults and 2 children x 1 week in July 2016. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and overall state of the condo. It is well maintained, clean, and modern amenities. The view from the balcony overlooks the beach to the west and it is amazing. The beds are new and very comfortable. Sheets and towels were excellent too. Kitchen had mostly everything you would need including sharp chopping knives! The only thing that the condo lacked were light bulbs. The bathroom and hallway did not have enough lighting due to bulbs not working. I let the landlord know and he said he would replace them after we left. I would recommend this condo to any family! they also provided some games for the kids and beach toys and floats. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect no matter the weather

We just spent a week in our favorite condo in the Destin on the Gulf property. Although the weather didn’t cooperate (lots of rain) we had the most relaxing time watching from the comfy couches. The master bedroom is on the beachside of the condo and I listened to rain and waves and slept so soundly on the nice supportive mattress with great pillows. No sleep sound machine needed. The condo kitchen is well- equipped with everything you need to cook for an evening in.

Great stay overall

Great views of the ocean, property was updated and clean, plenty of bath towels, easy access to "hotspots," beach was not overly crowded like many other areas of Destin, nice lobby area to hang out as rain passed. The only (2) inconveniences were; one laundry area in hall for entire floor to use and used quarters during a coin shortage in FL apparently, and couldve used a small cordless vaccuum VS a broom for sand. Other than that, my family and I had a great time and very satisfied. Would go back again, despite the (2) minor items.

Beautiful property and location

David has recently remodeled this property and it turned out beautiful! The location is amazing, walk across to the beach so close that dragging all the gear wasn't a problem, and this end of the beach isn't nearly as crowded as other areas in Destin, we had a great week, will definitely try to book this condo again next year!

Perfectly Relaxing

I've stayed at many of the units in this complex. The upgrades to this one are outstanding. The master bath shower is such a great innovation. The larger counter in the kitchen is perfect for all those preps to load up for the beach. The views are perfect.

True getaway

Beachfront and steps from the sand. Watch the dolphins troll the shore throughout the day and surf the waves early in the morning. It’s a pod of three to 10 dolphins. The beach is never crowded due to high rises (homes on the left and a low occupancy condo building to the right. Nevermore than one row of umbrellas and chairs. Speak with Simon who attends the chairs and umbrellas. He will take care of you. Great guy. Dining and shopping is only 10 minutes away. Target is one mile and Walmart is 4 miles. The condo is modern, clean, and fresh. The ocean and beach views from the balcony are amazing. The pics on VRBO should do a better job of showcasing the views because it is truly oceanfront from the 5th floor. Open the sliding door and let the ocean breeze take you away. The one concern is the lack of internet. It’s available but none existent. You’ll be fine with using your data and your hotspot. My family enjoyed the stay very much. So much so we inquired about purchasing a unit. We’d stay again for sure.

The condo is beautiful, whites and blues. The view is literally priceless! Just a short boardwalk to beach. Nice size pool and shuffleboard to play. Ok for kids to have pool toys. Beach chairs and umbrellas able to rent. Nice staff at condo and nice lifeguards. We were there during spring break and it was all family’s. Not very crowded beaches. Would liked to have longer window cover in bedroom, and a vacuum for sweeping. We will definitely return. Oh dolphins out daily so close swimming. The dream vacation.

Really nice place!

Pros- remodeled condo looks great and is very comfortable. Condo is right on the beach and is as close to the sand as you can find. Complex is not too big so the beach wasn't too crowded. Parking spots are close. Nice pool and good elevators. Nice location with short drives to restaurants and Target area. Cons (or maybe not cons as long as you know ahead of time)- washer and dryer are shared by your floor and costs to use them. Didn't have to wait to use them but they are not in the condo. If you are wanting to sleep in, the window coverings don't keep out much light. So, it's very bright early in the mornings and the outside lights shine through at night. There are no beach chairs or umbrellas to take to the beach. Only beach service is available unless you bring your own. Beach service for 2 chairs and an umbrella was forty the first day and thirty five each day afterwards plus tip. Would definitely recommend and go back here ourselves!
