This home offers 3 full bedrooms plus a bonus den for extra sleeping space, sleeping up to a maximum of 7 adults):

Bedroom 1: King-size bed (primary bedroom)- up to two adults

Bedroom 2: King-size bed- up to two adults

Bedroom 3: Full bed + bunk beds (perfect for kids or extra guests)- up to two adults and two kids

Bonus Den: Full pullout convertible sofa (brand new), located off the primary bedroom- one adult

This setup allows the home to comfortably accommodate up to 7 adults + 2 kids.

Multiple Gathering Spaces – a front living room with SmartTV and a cozy back den with SmartTV, ideal for time with friends or family during your extended stay.

*Please note this home does not have Air Conditioning but does have fans for each room and gets a nice ocean breeze with the windows open, it typically cools down quite a bit at night in this location.

About This Location: Conveniently located on the Mesa in Santa Barbara, walk three blocks to the cliffs at La Mesa Park. The closest beaches to swim and walk the beach are Thousand Steps on Shoreline Park (1429 Shoreline Dr, Santa Barbara, CA 93109), Leadbetter (just to the south) and Mesa Lane just to the north, another 1/2 mile north from Mesa Lane is Hendrys Beach where you can enjoy amazing food and views at Boathouse Restaurant. From the house you're just a block (and an easy walk) to some great restaurants and grocery stores like Lazy Acres, Mesa Burger, Roses Cafe, Starbucks, or Corner Tap Brewery.
