In the heart of Berlin welcomes you this modern furnished 5 bedroom apartment (entire floor). Situated in the district of Berlin-Moabit, which is part of the district Berlin-Mitte, the city-west as well as the center of Berlin is easily accessible.
The apartment can accommodate up to 21 people. It has 5 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & 2 living areas (incl. connection door) . Sightseeing, nightlife, as well as the airport TXL, the "Messe Berlin" and the main station are within easy reach.
Your 5-bedroom apartment (complete floor) consists of two connected residential units (110qm & 85qm). The entire apartment has 5 separate bedrooms, two separate living areas including a kitchen and two spacious bathrooms for up to 21 persons (maximum number of airbnb can only be 16 persons).
The apartment will be only for you.
If you have questions or wishes please don´t hesitate to ask. Of course also during your stay I´ll be available any time you need help. You will also find my office in the front of your apartment.
Underground station "Birkenstraße" (U9) is 350 meters away and the S station "Beusselstr." (Circle line) is just around the corner from the apartment. The A10 motorway is a 5-minute drive away.
You will find free public parking around the house or we can offer you a private and secure parking space in the yard of our house. The fee for the private parking is 15 EUR / night.
We spend a lot of time and passion to ensure you as our guests an unforgettable & perfect stay. You should feel like at home from the beginning on and we would love to take care our next guests can enjoy themselves as well.
Our house rules:
• No disturbing noise, music (after 10PM) or parties.
This is a residential neighborhood, please watch out for your noise and respect our neighbors night rest (after 10PM). Especially when walking through the yard please be quiet. In case of serious infringements we have to cancel your stay immediately.
• Damages, losses and violations
Our apartment is equipped with high-grade and lovely selected furnishing. Please use our equipment carefully as your own and inform us immediately in any case of damages. We reserve the right to charge the replacement value for major damages or gross violations. Due to insurance reasons we must have to charge 150€ per set of keys in case of loss.
• No pets and smoking inside our apartment.
Please note: All our apartments are equipped with smoke detectors. If you would like to smoke, please use the balcony. Pets are not allowed inside the apartments (guests could have allergies).
• Your personal Check-In / Out:
Upon your check-in a proof of identity is required. By arrangement we gladly can offer you to store your luggage if you are arriving earlier as our regular check-in time (3PM) or if you aren’t leaving Berlin directly after your check-out (12PM).
Violation of our house rules can be subjected to cancellation of your booking immediately. Thank you for your attention and we would love to welcome you as our guests soon!
An additional culture and tourism tax of 7,5% is charged for leisure travelers, which is not included in the total price. Payment is made at online check-in.
