The Space:

Ideal for families and friends seeking a skiing or hiking retreat, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers a perfect blend of comfort and adventure. After a day of exploring the White Mountains, unwind in the shared jacuzzi to soothe your muscles, or treat yourself to a hot beverage from the complimentary coffee bar. Enjoy your favorite shows on a wall-mounted flatscreen, Smart TV or warm up by the indoor electric fireplace.



The master bedroom boasts a queen bed, a private bathroom with a spacious bathtub, shower, and a vanity with double sinks. Additionally, the master includes a twin bunk bed, making it perfect for family travelers. The unit features another bunk room with one full-size bunk bed and a third guest room with a queen-size bed. The well-appointed kitchen and dining area come equipped with stainless steel appliances, and well stocked with all your basic cooking necessities.



Access to the walking trails along the Pemigewasset River is close by, however, guests don't need to venture too far as the river runs directly behind the condo! Enjoy a day on the river swimming, floating, or taking in the beautiful scenery of the White Mountains!



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire condo, including the private outdoor patio and shared jacuzzi! During the winter months, guests have exclusive access to the private, complimentary South Peak shuttle service, which picks you up right from the driveway and takes you to any of Loon Mountain’s base areas.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood offers a private road for walking and access to the hiking and snowshoeing trails along the Pemi River! Located about 5 minutes from downtown's restaurants/bars, and 5 minutes to Loon's main lodges, this is the perfect getaway for family and friends!



Getting Around:

The town of Lincoln offers a shuttle service, The Shuttle Connection, which can be reserved by guests for rides downtown to restaurants, bars, shopping and more. The rate for the Shuttle Connection is $7/person. The home also features a free shuttle service through the South Peak Association, which provides rides to and from all Loon Mountain bases and lodges during the Winter months. Other Things to Note:

- Please be advised that there is a Ring security camera installed and positioned on the front door area of the property. The camera is the only surveillance device on the premises and does not extend beyond the descriptions listed.



Interaction with Guests:

The home is accessed through the keypad lock at the front door. The Host is available 24/7 by phone, text, or through the booking app. If there are any issues or questions during your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out!
