Eine schöne drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer Eigentumswohnung; neu mit allen neuen Möbeln und Geräten aufgebaut. Diese Wohnanlage befindet sich in der Nähe der Innenstadt von Lincoln und in der Nähe Loon Mountain Ski Area des neuen South Peak Trail System.

Geben Sie diesen Urlaub zu Hause auf das offene Konzept Küche, Ess- und Wohnbereich. Entspannen Sie sich und genießen Sie den großen Flachbild-TV und Gas-Kamin, der nur mit dem Umlegen eines Schalters beginnt. Aus dem Wohnbereich befindet sich das Schlafzimmer mit mit Doppelbett, einen Fernseher und große Master-Bad mit seinem und ihrem Waschbecken, Stand-alone-Dusche und separater Badewanne. Hinunter einen kurzen Flur sind die restlichen zwei Schlafzimmer (eines mit Doppelbett und das zweite mit zwei Etagenbetten) und ein volles gemeinsames Bad.

Diese Wohnanlage, South Peak Resort 1A, bietet die Mitgliedschaft in der Mountain Club auf Loon Schwimmen und Fitness-Center Innenpool, Außenpool, Jacuzzi im Freien, Sauna und Fitnessraum bietet.

Pool und Fitness-Club kann für kurze Zeit durch mechanische oder physikalische Wartung nicht erreichbar sein. Zugelassen kann für Nicht-Einhaltung der Club Regeln verweigert werden.

Zugang zum Whirlpool im Freien und zur Feuerstelle der South Peak Community. Bitte beachten Sie, dass das Grillen auf den Decks oder Patios des South Peak Resort nicht gestattet ist. To all future guests, if you ever experience an issue such as this during a stay PLEASE do call the office and let us know so we can do our best to make sure your stay with us is as expected to be otherwise. From time to time things do break unexpectedly, however we have a maintenance staff at the ready to remedy the wrong, along with 24/7 call answering to ensure your concern is well attended. We figured out a bit later that there was actually a nice place that we could walk to where we could get in the river. This was in a great location near everything Lincoln has to offer. It was depicted exactly as the pictures and description entailed. The property was close to the walking trail, river, and offered plenty of eating options within a 5 minute drive. The property could use updating with couches (well worn), bedding (comforters were thin), pillows (so thin we had to fold in 1/2 to use and the extra pillows were just as thin), and several dents/plaster hanging in the bathroom due to humidity. Despite the neccesary updates we would still stay at the property again due to the affordibility.

Spring Break Getaway

My group and I have a fantastic stay at this luxurious and cozy South Peak unit. From the large kitchen, to the roaring fireplace and large bright windows, this unit was the absolute perfect place to come home to after a day on Loon Mountain. The location truly cannot be beat, and the views looking out to the forest and the sound of the Pemigewasset River absolutely soothe your soul. The unit was well stocked, in great condition, and extremely clean. Will definitely be coming back here soon!

This condo is located conveniently in Lincoln! You can walk to many restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Beautiful mountain views, peaceful surroundings, and riverside…. Perfect for white mountain getaway. Unit is large and well equipped. Highly recommend!
