Gorgeously decorated, wonderfully located condo in the heart of the White Mountains! Ski home from Loon Mountain. Loon’s newest lift, Timbertown is located right across the street! You can walk to the lift and ski home! We also have an on demand private ski shuttle that will bring you to and home from any of the base camps. Just give them a call when you’re ready to go and the shuttle will bring you to whatever base you’d like! Hike out the front doors! Walk to town. Located in South Peak, Loon's premiere condo development with only 32 units in total, this condo offers everything you'll need for a winter/spring/summer/fall getaway including high-end finishes, tempurpedic mattresses, fire pit and hot tub (for use by condo association). After a long day of skiing, hiking or lounging by the river, you can relax in the large open kitchen/ dining/ living room with huge, custom sectional sofa, vaulted ceilings and gas fireplace. Kitchen is well stocked with spices, oil, popcorn etc and has coffee supplies for your stay including k-cups, creamers and sugar packets to get your mornings off on the right foot! There is also a drip coffee maker as well with filters and coffee grounds.

Our unit features 3 bedrooms: the bunk room includes two bunk beds with four twin beds in total; the guest room has a queen bed and the master bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bathroom. There are two bathrooms: the master bathroom has a separate, spacious stall shower and soaking tub and double vanity sinks. The other bathroom has a combination shower/ tub with sliding doors. Basic bathroom supplies are included- soaps, tooth brushes, tooth paste, mouth wash just in case you may forget anything and of course toilet paper with lots of extra rolls:) All towels, linens, kitchen equipment are included. Unit also has great wifi, air conditioning, and Roku tv with apple tv - you can login to your own accounts or use our netflix/Hulu/paramount/starz/Disney+/apple/ other app accounts. There is also Spectrum cable. I always try my best to be available for my guests, please feel free to message with any questions!

House Rules:
-Maximum occupancy at all times is 8
-Renter must be at least twenty-four (24) years old and acknowledge that they will occupy the property the entire tenancy. Government issued ID will be checked.
-No pets
-No parties or gatherings
-Exceeding our max guest number of 8 without prior host knowledge will lead to your reservation being canceled immediately with no refund. Our home is just that and we take great care of it and love to share it. We just ask that you respect it. We want you to have the best time and will do all we can to be sure you will.
-No smoking inside or on the decks
-Two night min stay from September thru May
- Please do not use the thermostat for anything other than adjusting the temperature. Please do not change/set any setting. -School vacations min stay vary
-Three night min stay from June thru August
-No skis are allowed inside the condo. Please use the Ski Locker right outside the front door.
Your security is important to us. Please note there is a camera outside by the front door. There are NO interior cameras. Disabling or adjusting the camera or the wifi will lead to your reservation to be canceled immediately with no refund. - -We do recommend the purchase of travel insurance, it’s not required but would assure you are covered for cancelations at anytime.

If early/late check out is needed, reach out to me and I’ll do all I can to make it happen. Sometimes we do have same day checkin/checkout but with notice, I may be able to work it out with the cleaners. I do always try my best to accommodate requests.
