Recently purchased as a ski retreat, the owners have decided to open up their space for others to enjoy all KHMR and Palliser Lodge have to offer.

This spacious condo offers 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a pull out couch for larger groups. Please note that the second bedroom is separated from the main condo by a door inside the condo entryway (it was formerly a lock off style unit so the layout might not suit all guests)

The kitchen has all one needs to cook a gourmet meal.

The whole property is accessible to guests with the exception of a locked housekeeping closet.

The condo offers comfortable accommodations for 4 guests and cozy accommodations for 6.

Golden is located on the Columbia Wetlands, as such mosquitoes can be an issue in the summer months. We recommend bring appropriate mosquito protection with you (deer spray, Thermocell devices, mosquito coils etc).

The location is 15 minutes drive from Golden - while there are a few restaurants and a convenience store at the resort guests may prefer to buy groceries at one of 2 grocery stores in Golden before riving to the resort.
The parking pass and key card are to be left in the condo at the end of your stay. There is a $50 charge for lost/removed passes.

Only the guest(s)on the reservation may stay overnight in the unit.
No outdoor shoes in the unit
No sports equipment in the unit - there is central storage for equipment.
No moving of furniture or decor.
