Welcome to The Golden Nest, your cozy and stylish alpine retreat in the heart of Golden, BC! This modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is the perfect home base for your mountain adventures, located just steps from downtown's best coffee shops, restaurants, and local shops.
The space:
Unwind in a comfortable, open-plan living area with a cozy green sofa, perfect for relaxing with Eastlink cable TV or your favorite Roku streaming apps.
The fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a blender, and even an Air Fryer, making it easy to prepare delicious home-cooked meals at the kitchen island.
This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests in two private bedrooms, both with fresh linens for your stay.
Bedroom 1: Queen Bed with a private ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed.
Second Bathroom: A full bathroom with a relaxing bathtub.

Guest access:
You will have full and private access to the entire suite. Enjoy the convenience of self check-in with a keyless electronic lock. Upon arrival, you will find key cards for the main building security door and a FOB for the heated underground parking.

Getting Around:
Parking is free and available on a first-come, first-served basis. You'll have several options, including underground heated stalls, on-site outdoor stalls, and nearby street parking. Please follow all posted signage.
For our guests with electric vehicles, we are pleased to offer access to an EV charger in the building's parking lot. It is first come first serve.
House Rules:
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you treat The Golden Nest with respect. Any violation of house rules may result in termination of your stay without a refund.
Check-in/Check-out:
We are strict on check-in and check-out times to accommodate cleaning. However, we can offer a 1-hour flexibility with 24-hour notice and a $35 fee, subject to approval.
Important Information:
Construction Notice: The Golden Nest is in a new development, and commercial renovations may be taking place on the ground floor. This can sometimes be noisy during standard business hours.
Starter Supplies:
We provide a starter pack of essentials like coffee, soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional supplies.
Lost Items:
We are not responsible for items left behind. Please check thoroughly before you depart. Forgotten items will be held for 14 days before being donated or discarded, and a fee will apply for coordinating their return.
Mail & Parcels:
We do not have access to a mailbox. Please do not have mail sent to the property. For parcels, please arrange for door drop-off or depot pick-up.
Cancellations:
We adhere to our posted cancellation policy. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations.
Host Availability:
While there is no 24/7 on-site staff, we will do our best to respond to any urgent matters as quickly as possible.
