Below you will find the rules of the housing community:
1. Causing or generating excessive noise within private units, of any kind.
2. Obstructing common areas, walkways, as well as entrances to private units with garbage bags or any object or unhealthy or inconvenient substances.
3. Throwing garbage (including pet waste) into containers without bags, or leaving them open.
4. Leaving pet waste in any common area of the condominium.
5. Parking in areas belonging to other condominiums or using parking spaces reserved exclusively for visitors, in which case the vehicle will be towed, and the cost charged to the offender.
6. Walking through common areas of the condominium while in an inconvenient condition or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
7. Verbally or physically offending the staff providing services to the condominium.
8. Damaging or destroying common property assets.
9. Failing to comply with any of the rules established in these Regulations and/or the Law.
10. Entering exclusive-use areas without the user’s permission.
11. Using parking spaces to store belongings or furniture or to carry out vehicle repairs. Likewise, inoperable vehicles or campers that are not removed will be towed by condominium management through contracted towing services, with the cost charged to the account of the offending condominium owner.
12. Driving through parking areas at a speed exceeding 10 kilometers per hour.
13. Excessive use of the horn, as well as loud music inside the vehicle while circulating within the condominium.
14. Parking in condominium access zones for more than five minutes or in a manner that obstructs vehicle entrances and exits, whether personally or due to employees or other personnel used.
