The space
Be calmed by the sound of the flowing water of the pool’s waterfall, enjoy the intimacy and views of the fringed foliage of Tulum’s lush jungle. Merge into the beautiful connection between the amazing double height living area that fully opens and blends with the garden and a dazzling handcrafted chukum pool.

*Kitchen & Living area*
Our minimalist kitchen is fully equipped from stove, toaster, blender, coffee machine, microwave and water dispenser. It connects with a dinning and living room through a huge open indoor space, bringing people together and allowing a delightful and unique experience with our private chef service!

Our living room is also fully equipped with a SMART TV with satellite TV, so you can relax with all the comforts inside our villa while enjoying the superb view and connection to the garden and pool through a double height full window. In a space so full of natural light, reconnection takes a new meaning.

*4 Bedrooms*
We believe there is no need to sacrifice comfort while enjoying nature. That is why our Villa features 4 spacious full bedrooms: 3 bedrooms with a king size bed to fit 2pp each, and 1 room with two queen size beds.
All of our bedrooms has their own private ensuite bathroom, with rain shower, hot water and hairdryer. Also, all of them are air-conditioned, with black-out curtains, SmartTV, safe box, and USB outlets next to the bed.

Our bedrooms in the first floor share a beautiful zen garden, perfect for meditate. While our bedrooms in the second floor are connected through a wide terrace where you can admire endless sunrises and sunsets.

*Outdoor common area*
Since the best experiences are the ones shared, our main goal was to create a fully open space that allows people to connect without sacrificing comfort and privacy.
Our villa has a spacious private lush garden that merges with a dazzling handcrafted chukum pool. It is equipped with a full-scale BBQ station facing a cocktail bar next to the pool, an outdoor living room and puffs to sunbath.

We are fully equipped for the perfect getaway and conveniently just an easy bike stroll away from just about everywhere! Be inspired by the eclectic Tulum town and experience the folklore of this land. Explore all the hidden gems and nature wonders the Mayan jungle has to offer and begin a journey of reconnection while learning new ways of experiencing and exploring.

Guest access
Our guests have access to the entire villa, except technical room and storage.

Our staff will have access to the property to ensure cleaning and maintenance during your stay.

* We only work with one chef, external vendors are not allowed in the property for security reasons.
Other things to note
*Check-in: 4:00 PM
*Check out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out are not available. Our team needs the complete period of time to ensure that our property would be in great conditions.

*Daily cleaning will be between 12:00pm - 3:00pm
*Pool maintenance will be between 9:00am - 12:00pm
*Towels are changed for free every 3 days. Let us know if you want us to change them more often, we can do that for an extra charge*

** Please note that you may not bring outside staff into the property under any circumstances unless preauthorized by The Strabon team….**

**It is strictly PROHIBITED:
-to hold parties,
-Exceed the number of people on the original reservation
-smoking throughout the property.

**We are a Smoke free Villa, so If you light up or vape inside the villa, or if traces of cigarettes are found, we will charge you $250 USD smoking fee.

**In the Mayan jungle the presence of mosquitoes is usually common, so we recommend bringing mosquito repellent.

**Internet Disclaimer: We have the best possible internet provider in Tulum, however, since this is a third-party server even with the installation of our own main router, you could experience some irregularities, if this is the case during your reservation please let us know and we will report directly with the company.

**Electricity disclaimer: Electricity in Tulum town is provided by CFE. Though is rare, it had happened that they cut electricity without notice. This circumstance is beyond our control. We will always be available to call CFE if their service go down but we cannot make ourselves responsible for it.

***Traveling outside of your home might come with unexpected situations, we highly recommend our guests hiring a personal travel insurance for situations that are completely out of your control such as: missed transport or delayed departure for reasons beyond your control, medical and other emergencies, personal injury and death, lost, stolen or damaged items, including baggage, passports and, money, and /or accidental damage or injury caused by you.
