As you step into this updated condo, you are met with an abundance of natural light streaming through the windows, with water views, and patio access, from both the Family Room and Primary Bedroom. The bright white kitchen has an arched opening over a breakfast bar. Gulf views can be seen from the kitchen barstools, dining room chairs, and ample seating of the spacious living room. The screened-in private balcony allows you and your guests to fully enjoy the Gulf breezes while taking in the magnificent majestic sunsets that Indian Rocks Beach is famous for!

This condo accommodates up to 6 people comfortably with a Sleep Number bed in the Primary Bedroom, and a Tempur-Pedic in the Guest Bedroom, as well as a full sleeper sofa in the living room. All rooms are tastefully decorated, offering a restful night's sleep to all in this peaceful retreat. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gels are provided in each bathroom, and a tub awaits any guest who enjoys a good bubble bath! There is an in-unit stackable washer and dryer for added convenience.

Indulge in the resort-like amenities offered at Reflections on the Gulf. Take a refreshing plunge into the sparkling pool, unwind in the relaxing hot tub, or challenge your friends to a game of tennis or pickle ball on the on-site court. When it's time to hit the beach, you'll appreciate the direct beach access, allowing you to sink your toes in the sand and soak up the Florida sunshine.

The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring modern appliances and all of the necessary tools to prepare a delicious meal. However, if you prefer dining out, you'll find an array of amazing restaurants that are either a short walk, or just a 5 minute drive away. For a quick bite and some adult beverages, head south on foot to the Kooky Coconut or Jake's Cantina, or north to Hurricane Eddies or Coco's Crush Bar and Grill. Hop in your car to go a bit further north to Guppies, TJ's Italian Cafe or the Beach Waves Grill. If you love shellfish, check out Crabby Bills, or for fine dining, go inland across the Belleair Causeway Bridge to experience Seaweed or Sekushi.

Guest Access:
Guests will receive a 4-digit access code that opens the door to the unit. Guests will also receive a physical key to the condominium building via a lockbox outside the front entrance, near the bicycle rack.

Parking Access:
Guests will have access to the spot marked "202." For guests with multiple vehicles, there is additional parking on-site with spots marked in the 1200’s. Parking Passes are issued by the front desk at Reflections. Please sign in and out. If no one is available at the desk, a pass will be delivered to you.

The Neighborhood:
Indian Rocks Beach offers a laid-back atmosphere, perfect for those seeking a peaceful beach retreat. Local attractions include the Florida Botanical Gardens, Heritage Village and Historical Museum, Indian Rocks Beach Historical Museum and Splash Harbour Water Park. Rent bikes, paddle boards, kayaks and more at the various local Rental Stores, or venture a bit further south to enjoy Smugglers Cove Adventure Golf or boat rentals and charters. World Class Golf Courses are also nearby.

A Short Drive Away:
If you're craving more adventure and excitement, bustling Clearwater Beach is only a 15-minute drive north, while St. Pete Beach is just a 30 minute drive south. The Dali Museum and Chihuly Exhibit provide a fun day trip full of culture, while local ballparks host Spring Training for professional teams as well as farm teams during their seasons. For animal lovers, the Clearwater Marine Aquarium is a short drive north, while the Lowry Park Zoo is a 25 mile trip west. For music lovers, Ruth Eckerd Hall, the Central Park Performing Arts Center and Capitol Theater never disappoint.

Provisions:
For convenience, USA Grocers Food Stores is a quick walk north. To stock up on everything that you may need for your stay, major stores such as Publix, Walmart, and Target are available just a short distance across the 688 Causeway Bridge (also known as 5th Ave, Walsingham Rd and Ulmerton Rd).

Getting Around:
Indian Rocks Beach is a very walkable town. PLEASE utilize the blinking light signal at the crosswalks to alert drivers, day or night. Also, the Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach to Pass-A-Grille and stops at specially marked "Trolley Stop" locations all along Gulf Blvd. Uber and Lyft are also available in the area.

The Space:
CONSTRUCTION UPDATE-3/30/26. Please note that cosmetic construction and maintenance are being performed on the exterior of the building. Guests will hear some noise if remaining inside the condo between 8am to noon and 1pm to 5pm Mon-Fri. Dixie Construction has finished their work on this, the South Tower, but will continue on the North Tower until end of April or early in May. The pool is being covered and the tennis court is also temporarily not in use, however the hot tub and pool bathrooms will remain open for use. This final part of the building renovation will remain until this last of the 8 facades is complete. We apologize for any inconvenience.
