-The fireplaces in the home are not available for guest use at this time.
- Security camera onsite with view of front door
-To ensure a seamless check-in experience, guests are required to review and sign our standard rental agreement and complete a quick check-in form prior to arrival. This helps us comply with local regulations and provide the best possible stay.
-Although we have a relaxed cancellation policy, we still incur the 4% cc fee. Your refund will be in full, minus the 4% cc fee. This is detailed in the guest contract.

-Hunting Use (By Prior Approval Only)
-Hunting may be permitted on the property with prior approval
-Guests intending to hunt must contact us before arrival so we can:
-Share important property-specific and safety information
-Confirm permitted use and timing
-Provide and require a signed Hunting Addendum
-Any hunting activity without prior written approval is strictly prohibited and may result in additional fees, penalties, and immediate termination of the stay
