Guest Access:

Guests will access the unit on the 2nd floor using a smart lock. Codes will be provided to guests 1 day before their stay. Each unit has a private entrance.



The Neighborhood:

Located directly across Trapper's Turn Golf Course and just up the road from Downtown Dells, this property offers peace and quiet while still being highly accessible to town.



Getting Around:

Numerous taxi services, including major ride shares such as Lyft and Uber are available.



Other Things to Note:

This unit is completely unfurnished. No furniture of any kind is provided. Laundromat is located nearby.



Used to be called Fairview Motel and there is no manager onsite for the property. All access is done via smart locks on each private entrance. Parking is available onsite in the lot provided for one vehicle per unit. There may be light construction during the week as we update the property.

Please note pets are welcomed at this property, but if your pet causes any disturbance you will be issued a verbal warning. If disturbance continues you will be asked to leave the property.
