Nestled on two acres in the country on a cul de sac, this cottage welcomes you to relax and enjoy and leave your responsibilities behind. Just 10 minutes from downtown Wisconsin Dells, this gives you the best of both worlds. Close to your choice of water parks, casino, shopping, water skiing, snow skiing, hiking trails, professional golf courses and state and county parks or just a quiet secluded getaway in your own yard around a fire, we have it all right within your reach! Bring your boats or snowmobiles. There's plenty of room!

Home away from home

We truly enjoyed Arbor Acres Cottage: it was clean and had all the amenities of home as well as being in close proximity to all the attractions of the Dells, but away from the crowds. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Perfect spot!

We enjoyed our stay! Love the location of the property! Just a few minutes from the Dells, so out of the chaos of that area, but still very close by. Nice large yard and space for games and a bonfire! Would definitely recommend to others and stay again!

Lots of green space, very nice fire pit area with string lights. Very quiet aside from the nearby race track, but a fireworks show from the track made up for it. Lots of deer, birds, and other wildlife to look for. Perfect location for Dells attractions, not too close, not too far, just a quick drive from the expressway. Great and open communication with the owners.

quiet and relaxing

My sisters and I have now stayed here for a second time because it is very nice, neat, clean, quiet, and even has a fire pit for evening campfires! It is the perfect place for us to relax and spend time together. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect family getaway

This house was just as advertised! Very clean and just about everything we needed was provided. The neighborhood was quiet, yet it is close to all there is to do in the Dells. The hosts were easy to communicate with and made sure we were happy. We definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again.

Nice Place

It was great. Clean, not hard to find, check in and checkout was a breeze. Close to dells and other areas, but still a feeling of seclusion. We would come back again.

Just close enough to the dells - great home!

This is the cleanest house we have ever stayed in. Excellent hosts and great communication. Off one of the main roads though the dells, but far enough away that you are out of the chaos. We had a wonderful stay.

The hosts were very responsive to questions and very helpful. The property is very close to all the activities we had planned in the Wisconsin dells, baraboo, and north freedom area. The place was clean and comfortable. It had a cozy electric fireplace. Smart tvs so you can bring your own passwords. Wi fi worked great. Very nice fire pit area with wood provided. There were s’mores sticks and a lighter in the bin with the wood. There is a gas grill. The house had all the kitchen supplies we needed. Body wash was provided in the bathroom and there was a nice relaxing tub and a separate shower. Overall a very nice stay. Would come again.

Great vacation rental near the Dells!!

This property was perfect for our family weekend in the Dells. Close to Waterparks and attractions, but just far enough to get away from the crowds and traffic. Peaceful, clean and plenty of space for 4-6 people. We world definitely come again!

I wish wouldve spent more for better place. Was ok but bed was uncomfortable.and wish wouldve had a pool. Bedroom lock on door. But was ok for the price paid

Patrick, how very sorry we are that you thought that the bed was uncomfortable! Honestly, we have never had a complaint about any of the beds at our VRBO! We are sure that you knew that there was no pool there, but we do know that you and your family used the fire pit and enjoyed the outside area! Frankly, we sure wish we had a pool also!!! We are quite disappointed in the two star review you gave us, we have never had less than a five star before, but are certainly sorry you feel that way and we do realize that we can not please everyone all the time. We certainly hope that your next venture with VRBO is better.

Perfect for a weekend with some friends to catch up and hang out. We did drive to Devils Head to snowboard. Great check in process and would stay again in the future.
