The perfect mountain getaway situated in the prestigious Elk Run neighborhood has been entirely renovated, rendering it an exceptional vacation rental for a large family or two families vacationing together.
Just a few steps from extensive trails and the National Forest, and a brief walk to the town, this property boasts a private hot tub. It comprises 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 9 guests. Furthermore, the home is located on the free town shuttle route, offering convenient transportation to the ski resort or anywhere within the town.
This single-story home features over 3200 square feet of living space, showcasing an open floor plan that integrates the living room, kitchen, and dining areas. There is also a den alcove furnished with a small sofa and a workstation, perfect for catching up on emails, work, or for younger guests needing to finish school assignments. The den is also equipped with a self-inflating air mattress for additional sleeping arrangements.
The main living area exudes a luxurious atmosphere with vaulted ceilings, large windows, a gas fireplace, and a 65" flat-screen TV, all surrounded by a spacious sofa and several chairs, creating an ideal environment for puzzles, board games, and cherished family moments. This area seamlessly connects to a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, which features granite countertops, new appliances, and ample dining space at the main table, with extra seating available at the large kitchen island. Guests can easily access the private patio from the dining and living room areas, providing a tranquil spot to enjoy the views.
The master bedroom is appointed with a King-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom that includes a double vanity and a walk-in steam shower. The second bedroom features a Captainâs bunk, which provides a queen bed on the lower level and a twin bed on the upper level. The third bedroom serves as an ideal option for individuals or a group of children desiring to share a unique space, as it is furnished with two sets of twin bunk beds. Both the second and third bedrooms have access to a full bathroom that is conveniently located off the main hallway.
Guests can enjoy the outdoors under a clear blue sky or a starry night while relaxing in the private outdoor hot tub, which accommodates up to eight people and is situated just outside the back door.
