Dieser geräumige 3BR / 3. Das 5BA Home befindet sich oberhalb der Stadt Winter Park in der Rendezvous-Siedlung, einer ruhigen Gemeinde mit zahlreichen Annehmlichkeiten. Das Haus hat einen offenen Grundriss, bietet Platz für bis zu 10 Personen (einschließlich Schlafsofa) und ist ideal für 1 oder 2 Familien. Es hat auch einen privaten Whirlpool, einen Essbereich im Freien, Smart-TVs in allen Zimmern, einen Gasgrill, eine Waschmaschine / Trockner, eine beheizte Garage, einen Kamin und viele Spielsachen und Spiele für Kinder sowie ein tragbares Kinderbett.

Das Haus ist weniger als eine 10-minütige Fahrt von erstklassigem Skifahren / Snowboarden im Skigebiet Winter Park / Mary Jane entfernt. Während des größten Teils der Skisaison verkehrt täglich der kostenfreie LIFT-Shuttle der Stadt mit einer Haltestelle, die Sie innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Skigebiet bringt. Eine Alternative zum Skifahren bieten Schneeschuhwanderwege direkt vor der Tür und die weniger als 5 km entfernten Tubing Hills. Genießen Sie im Sommer den nahe gelegenen, gut bestückten Fischteich, Wander- / Radwege direkt im Hinterhof und die vielen Aktivitäten, die im Winter Park Ski Resort angeboten werden (einschließlich Mountainbiken und eine alpine Rutsche) sowie die Fülle an Wanderwegen, Golfplätzen und Wasseraktivitäten im gesamten Fraser Valley. Der Lake Granby, der Grand Lake und der Rocky Mountain National Park sind alle in ca. 45 Minuten bequem zu erreichen. Ebenfalls nur ein paar Minuten entfernt in Downtown Winter Park befindet sich ein wunderschönes Freizeitzentrum mit einem fantastischen Pool sowie Bowling, einem Kino, Geschäften und einer Vielzahl von Restaurants.

The home itself was lovely and the hosts, once we got over some initial technical problems, we're very helpful. The location was good, the neighborhood was a bit more cramped than we like as the houses are very close together. Other than that, it was good!

Wonderful location and home!

We had a fabulous stay in Winter Park! This property was perfect for our party of five with lots of space to spread out. We really enjoyed the network of trails right by the house to hike, too! The property was clean and the owners were responsive. We would absolutely stay again!

Beautiful and clean

This home was so clean, has excellent views and a great space! Everything was well stocked, the beds were comfy and the living room was a great space for a group of friends to hang out for the weekend. The front deck/balcony has amazing views and the check in/out process was simple and easy. Would highly recommend!!

Winter Park stay

Perfect set up for extended family. We have stayed at several VRBO properties in the last few years. This was definitely the best stocked place. Every need was anticipated. Karen was quick to respond when we had any questions. The location made it easy to get to town and activities of the area.We will be back, for sure.

Perfect mountain getaway house!

This house is AS ADVERTISED!!! Perfect location, super clean and organized, great layout..and the hot tub on the deck was the absolute topper after a day of skiing! 10 mins from Winter Park and Mary Jane. Big garage, plenty of space for all the adults and kids, all the stuff you'd need...shampoos, towels, hot tub towels, coffee and condiments, ziplocs for sandwiches for to-go ski lunches. The whole family loved it all. great living room for games and comfortable couch. Easy check in. Highly recommend for a Winter Park ski getaway.

Overall great stay

The only complaint I have about this rental was that some of the cleaning had obviously been skipped over. The master bathroom hadn’t been cleaned and I had to remove the last guest’s hair from the shower, tub, and sink. In the kitchen cabinets, we found a large nest of spiders. One of the cabinets was completely covered in cobwebs. Other than that, the rental was great. We had a 4 year old and 2 year old with us. The rental provided lots of fun toys, games, and books for them for the week. The hot tub was really nice and the view from the balcony was incredible. Fraser is a neat little town and the property is just a couple of miles away from all the amenities at Winter Park Resort.

Loved Everything!

This was our second trip to Winter Park. The house and location are perfect. So close to the Safeway Grocery Store and the shuttles are right down the road. Easy, beautiful walk to the pick up spot. The house is fully stocked with all toiletries and bedding. Kitchen has lots of cooking pots and pans, mugs, coffee, dishes ect... The fridge however is completly emptied so know you will need your own condiments. The beds are very comfortable and all bathrooms are super clean. They do also have sleds in the heated garage's storage closet. there is a little park to sled at the entrence of the neighborhood. Clothes washer and dryer are new and high-tech! The mud room was perfect and roomy for all our gear. Gas fireplace turns on with the flick of a switch. Hot tub was hot and ready, but it is 3 steps in the snow to get to it. Great for little kids. We will definitly be staying here again!

Almost perfect.... 4.6 stars so I rounded up to 5.

Positives: ======= * Very good location. * Close to town and bike paths. * Kids loved having the huge downstairs room to themselves with the TV and the bunk beds. * Large garage. Was totally empty and we had room to park our car and some bikes in it. * Well stocked - There was more TP, paper towel, shampoo, body wash than we knew what to do with. * Owner was easy to communicate with. She responded promptly to any questions I had. Drawbacks: ========= * Towels - Maybe we just didn't know where to look, but I think we found a total of 8 towels for the six of us in the entire house. * Dryer - Not sure what was up with it, but it took close to three hours to dry the load of towels we needed to wash. Clothes dried just about as slowly * Kitchen Supplies - One frying pan and all the non-stick finish was off of it and the handle was about to fall off. We ended buying a new one from the store and then took it home with us. In general, just not as well equipped in the kitch as I'm accustomed to of rentals of this quality. Overall - I'd definitely stay there again.

Perfect Location

Loved staying at this property - we are a family of 5 and it was super spacious and very well equipped. The house was light and airy and very comfortable indeed. We really enjoyed soaking up the sunshine on the balcony and relaxing in the hot tub of an evening. Location of the property was a real plus - within a few minutes of the centre of Winter Park, but within a really quiet peaceful neighbourhood, so best of both worlds. Great location for a family holiday - plenty to do at Winter Park and the surrounding area. We went e-biking and also enjoyed everything the Resort had to offer - would love to be back in the area one day and would definitely stay at this property. We’ll be back!

This was such a great place to stay. Hike and bike trails throughout neighborhood and very easy to access. It’s a great location to winter park resort and Rocky Mountain national park. The house is really well stocked and the hot tub was so nice to have after our longer hikes. We will definitely consider staying here again!

Family Ski Vacation!!

The house was beautiful inside and out. The views from the front window overlooking the slopes was perfect. It was nice having a single house versus a condo...very quiet. We had two families staying at the house (8 people in total) and the house had plenty of space for all of us. Every floor had a bathroom which was perfect for the set up. We cooked most of our meals in the house and it was well equipped for all our cooking needs. We loved spending time in the hot tub especially while it was snowing. The Lift pick-up was right down the road but we chose to drive to the slopes since it was only a short drive to the free parking lot. This house was a great deal for the distance and all the amenities provided. Communication with owner was great. We would stay here again!!

Perfect location

Lovely Rendezvous Stay

This property was lovely and well equipped. Due to COVID all restaurants were taken out only so we cooked our meals in the well equipped kitchen. Plenty of space! Rendezvous is a quick drive to Winter Park Resort and close to Fraser Tubing Hill as well. Owner was very responsive.
