We were visiting the Gatlinburg area for the first time, and received a whopping 20" of snow during our stay! The cabin was nice and cozy, and we particularly enjoyed the hot tub during the snow. The cabin was nice and clean. We found the bed to be a bit hard for our liking, but managed fine. Communication with Elk Springs was very good and we would definitely stay here again

Cowboy Way is in a great location to access downtown Gatlinburg for some shopping and a nice dinner or to relax and enjoy the peaceful mountain serenity. Best service and cleanest cabin in the Smoky Mountains

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was immaculate and clean. The best customer service team in the Smoky Mountains. We wont rent from anywhere else except for Elk Springs Resort.
