Thank you for your review! We are truly so delighted to hear you had a blast and enjoyed the perfect location. We understand the lack of cell service can be inconvenient—many of our cabins are tucked into remote areas to offer peace and privacy, which sometimes limits reception. We hope the beautiful setting and overall experience made up for it, and we would love to have you back again soon! Our Desire Was Not Fulfilled

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful ambiance, good location. It was quiet and had all the desired amenities. Amenities however were showing wear and tear. What stood out in particular was the infestation of carpenter ants. There is water intrusion somewhere that has given them a habitat. It cannot be chalked off to casual or natural occurrence. I killed approximately 80 per day of our visit and shared photos and emails with Elks Springs. I will not be using Elk Springs moving forward as my input outside of my request for an exterminator was dismissed. An exterminator cannot fix this problem. The owner will have to invest in repairs or force you to continue sweeping the issue under the rug.

We enjoyed our stayed, excellent communication with the host, it was clean, location was amazing! Beautiful cabin. I gave it 4 start because the TV are very old and had lots of statics. The fireplace in the pool area never worked. The main issue we had is that the sofa bed is on the entry level right in front of tbe main entrance, it will be better in the lower floor closer to the bathroom it was uncomfortable to sleep in front of the entrance and lastly there is not enough sitting place to be all together.
