Meticulously renovated in 2025 by Jess Johnson Interiors, this stunning three bedroom home blends classic coastal charm with modern comfort - just steps from the shops, restaurants, and beaches that make Lewes so special.
This home was designed for both comfort and connectionâperfect for families, couples, or groups of friends looking to enjoy the charm and beauty of coastal Delaware. Every detail, from the custom-built twin beds to the curated interiors, has been thoughtfully chosen to create a warm, welcoming space that feels like home.
This thoughtfully designed home comfortably sleeps 8 guests and offers three floors of inviting living space:
Bedroom 1 (Second Floor): Queen bed with high-quality linens, soft lighting, and elegant décor.
Bedroom 2 (Second Floor): Another serene queen bedroom, thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation.
Bedroom 3 (Third Floor): A whimsical retreat with four custom built-in twin bedsâperfect for kids, cousins, or friends.
The home features one full bathroom with a bathtub and shower and two half bathrooms, all newly updated with modern fixtures.
Relax in the comfortable living room, featuring stylish furnishings and a cozy atmosphere for movie nights or post-beach lounging. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain, including a reverse osmosis water tap.
Enjoy the convenience of a private driveway with room for one car and a Tesla Universal EV charger, compatible with most electric vehicles. Plenty of free street parking is available for additional cars.
