Experience the charm of coastal living in this brand new home just a 10-minute stroll from the heart of Lewes and a 6 minute drive to Savannah Beach. Nestled directly across from the park and steps from the vibrant Saturday morning Farmers Market, this location offers the perfect blend of walkability, community, and convenience. Hop on a bike and you’ll be at the beach in minutes.
Inside, enjoy soaring ceilings, abundant natural light from oversized windows, and thoughtfully placed ceiling lights that create a bright and inviting atmosphere. The home features four spacious bedrooms and three and a half elegant bathrooms, including two King beds and three Queen beds—ideal for families or groups.
You'll love the chef-inspired kitchen and spa-like bathrooms, all finished with high-end materials and modern fixtures. Crisp shiplap walls and brand-new designer furniture give the space a fresh, coastal feel.
The house and all furnishings are new. Watch your favorite shows or movies on one of the 5 smart TVs. An open floor plan and light colors makes for a very appealing space. Enjoy the front porch with chairs and a table faces the park. Alternatively, spend time in the enclosed back yard with a fence, outdoor furniture and a gas grill. Outdoor shower for use after the beach. This has plenty of space for you to spread out and enjoy your stay. The property offers one parking space and abundant street parking. Beach chairs are provided.
All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.
Dog friendly with non refundable fee and signed addendum (1 dog only unless pre-approved from owner)
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
The property must be occupied by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement, and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Guest for the entire rental period. The Guest signing the Lodging Agreement must be at least 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-Checks with no fees, as well as personal checks. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30-days of arrival required to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company.
