Das Rancho Del Sol befindet sich in der wunderschönen Hügellandschaft von Fredericksburg, Texas. Die Ranch ist komplett ausgestattet mit Klimaanlage und Heizung, bequemen Betten, Bettwäsche und Kissen, Geschirr, Grill, Fernseher, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner und einem riesigen Steinkamin. Die Bereiche Küche, Wohn- und Esszimmer sind groß und geräumig. Der Esstisch bietet Platz für 10 Personen. Die Sofas sind übergroß und gemütlich genug zum Schlafen. Die Veranda ist ein großartiger Ort für eine Tasse Kaffee am Morgen, während Sie auf einem Schaukelstuhl sitzen und die sanften Hügel, die malerischen Ausblicke und die reiche Tierwelt genießen, zu der Weißwedelhirsche, Truthähne, Tauben, Äxte, Schwarzbockantilopen, Brachen und Elche gehören und Zebra. Es ist eine 232 Hektar große TEXAS SAFARI. Ideal zum Wandern und Radfahren, oder nehmen Sie die Kinder Pfeilspitze in der Nähe des Teiches.

Das Haupthaus bietet Platz für 8 Personen (1 Queen-King-Bett, 2 Queen-Betten und 2 Twin-Betten) sowie 4 Twin-Luftmatratzen.

Die Hütte (2. Gebäude) befindet sich ca. 100 Meter vom Haupthaus entfernt und verfügt über ein Zusatzbett für 5 Personen (Queensize-Bett, 1 Queensize-Schlafsofa, 1 Einzelbett) mit eigenem Bad, Spülbecken und Minikühlschrank. Für die Nutzung der Kabine wird keine zusätzliche Gebühr erhoben, für die Reinigung wird jedoch eine zusätzliche Reinigungsgebühr von 100 USD erhoben.

Die Ranch hat einen wunderschönen privaten Pool mit Grotte und Wasserfall, der perfekt für die heißen Sommertage in Texas ist. Natürliche Quellen speisen den Bach und den Fischteich und sind mit Wels und Barsch bestückt. Vergessen Sie nicht, Ihre eigenen Utensilien und Köder mitzubringen !!!!

Die Stadt Fredericksburg hat gutes Essen, malerische Geschäfte und mehrere Weingüter. Wenn Sie abenteuerlustig sind, empfehlen wir Ihnen, eine Wanderung auf den Enchanted Rock zu unternehmen oder das tägliche Eintauchen und Zurückkehren von Fledermäusen im Old Tunnel Management Area zu beobachten oder möglicherweise die Wild Seed Farm zu besuchen. Wenn Ihnen die Fahrt nichts ausmacht, dann ist San Antonio, Texas, nur 1 Stunde entfernt !!!

Kubota ATV kann für 69 USD pro Tag gemietet werden und muss für die Gesamtzahl der reservierten Nächte gemietet werden.

Die Gebühr für Haustiere in Höhe von 150 USD gilt für das erste Haustier. Danach fallen zusätzliche 50 USD pro Haustier an. Fall für Fall anhand von Haustieren.

Excellent communication with the host. Prompt replies to my questions and OMG, did I mention the Zebras? A beautiful ranch home tucked away in the hill country. The swimming pool was frosty and the beds comfy. You need to stay here and just bask in the quiet. My whole family loved it and we will be back again and again.

Wonderful relaxing time. The house was very comfortable. Enjoyed seeing the wildlife "show" every sunset. Communications with the owner, manager, and ranch forehand were all easy and friendly. Hope to stay there again!

This is our second stay at this beautiful ranch. We took our dogs with us and they had so many enrichment activities joining us on our adventures, talking walks, exploring the property and discovering all the exotic animals. The swimming pool was the perfect way to cool off and relax on the hot summer days. The house was immaculate and had gorgeous Texas decor. The yard is fenced in and taken great care of. We loved sitting on the back porch watching all the animals. It was amazing to see the donkey being the leader coming to feed in back of the house followed by so many exotics. We will definitely plan future vacations here.

Perfect Unique Weekend Getaway!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Rancho Del Sol. The photos do not do it justice. The ATV rental is a must! All 4 kids caught a fish in the pond, including 2 first timers! They loved swimming and seeing all of the animals. A couple of things that were not obvious when reading the listing was that 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom are in the separate cabin. The main house is a 4/2 with one primary bathroom and one jack and Jill bathroom. The other piece that I looked over initially was the price listed is only for 2 guests! There is an additional charge for each guest after 2. So make sure to read the fine print! However, we wouldn’t have changed a thing; our stay was perfect for our two families!

Hill country paradise

Beautiful high fence ranch. Lots of white tail, fallow and axis deer. Rams, zebras, and more. House was great and the pool was perfect for our four day getaway from Houston’s august heat. We had a blast. Awesome views, sunsets and we even had a lighting show. Overall a terrific place to visit.

Overall great experience

Very thoughtful and well organized house with great experiences for little ones and older kids. Trekking in the Kubota to see all the wildlife was the highlight of the trip. Will definitely return.

Wonderful ranch for a large crowd

We had a wonderful girls weekend celebrating my friend’s upcoming wedding. The decor and setting is uniquely Texas Hill Country and the home is well-stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching all the animals.

Perfect Hill Country ranch setting

We so enjoyed being back in the Hill Country. My husband and I took our grandson on his first trip into the Hill Country. We all enjoyed the abundance of wildlife - both native and exotics. Lovely sunrises and beautiful night skys. The amenities provided everything we needed. Outside we loved the pool, the pond and exploring the ranch. We rented the ATV. There is a map of the ranch in garage. Worth checking out before you start exploring

Great, Memorable Time

Home was beautifully decorated, fully furnished with everything needed, and extremely clean. Thoroughly enjoyed the shooting range, horseshoes, fire pit. Using Kobota was so much fun. Lots of animals to see. Just a great 3 days.

Great home and location

The home was very clean and had all the accomodations you could need. The pool are was great and we all really enjoyed it. There were a couple small hitches, but the owners we fantastic about taking care of them. I really felt at home and enjoyed our stay. I would definitely come again! Thank you!

Mostly Splendid

Very nice property, great views of the hill country, cozy and comfortable accommodations, and getting the chance to see the wildlife including the Zebras was really nice. The only downside to this place was the scorpions that were found inside the main house and the cabin and the huge wasps that weren’t aggressive towards us but they were pretty scary and we were led to believe the pool would be usable but it wasn’t. It wasn’t heated and the pool filter system wasn’t working so it was pretty dirty. All in all, we had a nice time!

Relaxing

My husband and I stayed here for a much needed time of rest. This home is absolutely lovely and very peaceful. We were visited each morning and evening by all of the natural wildlife. It is quiet and secluded which was great for us. The pool was a hit with us as well since it has been so extremely hot this summer. Would love to come back with family when we get the chance. The drive to town isn’t to far if you feel the need to do some shopping or sight seeing! Great place!!

Great experience

We were looking for a place to relax with our kids and grandkids. The ranch house was both roomy and comfortable. Tha swimming pool was amazing and a huge hit with the grandkids. But that was not all… Side by side available to drive the property Natural and exotic wildlife (zebra and Axis deer) Fishing pond Shooting range Just a short drive from Fredericksburg This was venue was a hit for everyone! Hope we can do it again next year.

Country living at its best

This placed fulfilled all our county living fantasies. As my kids put it as we drove through the backroads to the property, “we are out in the boonies!” We loved the peace of sitting on the porch watching wildlife and listening to birds as we took in the views of rolling hills. Renting the kubota is a must! We saw the zebra multiple times and they even came through by the front porch one night. The kids enjoyed the pool and running around the land. Freedom! The house is big, comfortable, very clean and well stocked! We’re glad we stocked up at Walmart before we arrived because we ended up not wanting to even go into Fredericksburg as planned once we arrived.

Not Quite ‘It’

Biggest problem was the electronic gate code. The gate does not work as programmed. You literally have to pull the pin then manually open the gate and then manually close it and fight the closer until you can pin it again. Needs serious work. REAL pain. Pool nice but needs cleaning. Atmosphere very far like as advertised and many animals. Probably not suited for couples but plenty so for families. We would not choose to go again because of the gate hassle
