Beobachten Sie den Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer von Ihrem Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer, Küche oder Balkon aus in dieser wunderschön eingerichteten Nichtraucherwohnung auf der 3. Etage direkt am Meer. Diese Wohnung ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom weltberühmten Ritz Carlton Hotel entfernt und verfügt über zwei große Pools, vier beleuchtete Sandtennisplätze sowie schattige Rad- und Wanderwege.

Der Surf and Racquet Club ist eine wunderschön angelegte, sichere Wohnanlage in der Summer Beach Gegend auf Amelia Island. . Die Lage ist in einem üppigen Hängemattenwald an der Küste mit Sanddünen direkt am Meer. Ein Großteil der Baumkronen bleibt intakt. Unsere Wohnung mit Blick auf 1 der 2 Pools und die unberührten, mit Hafer bedeckten Dünen und weißen Sandstrände.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer und Zugang zum Balkon. Der Meister hat einen Fernseher mit Kabelanschluss und ein komplettes, privates Badezimmer. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über 2 Einzelbetten, Kabel-TV und ein eigenes Bad.

Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein Schlafsofa. Das Esszimmer bietet Platz für 6 am Tisch und es gibt 2 zusätzliche Hocker an der Küchenbar. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie brauchen. Wir haben eine Waschmaschine / Trockner in voller Größe in der Wohnung zur Verfügung.

Nur 40 Minuten vom Flughafen Jacksonville entfernt bietet Amelia Island kilometerlange Wander- und Spazierwege durch die Eichen im Landesinneren. Reiten am Meer ist ebenfalls sehr beliebt. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es viele großartige Golfplätze, darunter einen in der Nähe des Ritz Carlton, nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß den Strand oder die Straße entlang und weitere in der Plantation-Siedlung auf der Insel. Bootfahren, Angeln und alle Wassersportarten finden Sie auch auf der Insel. Antiquitäten in einigen Antiquitätengeschäften von Amelia sind ebenso beliebt wie Spaziergänge in der malerischen viktorianischen Innenstadt. Dort und auf der ganzen Insel finden Sie viele gute Restaurants.

Eine kurze Bootsfahrt bringt Sie nach Cumberland Island, berühmt für seine wilden Pferde. Auf Amelia Island befindet sich auch Fort Clinch, eine der am besten erhaltenen Festungen des 19. Jahrhunderts in Amerika. Es gibt tägliche Touren, Wanderungen, Angeln und andere Aktivitäten. Es gibt hier oder in der Nähe weitere Aktivitäten wie Schnorcheln, Tauchen, Jagen, Minigolf, Kinos und Museen.

Baseball weekend tournament

The location is great and property/ unit is outdated. Few light blubs in the unit were out. The master bathroom shower wasn't working at all. Try to contact the owners before check-in and during but no response at all. No communication from owner during stay. Since it's owned privately, the facility office won't be able to help at all. The amount of money is charged wasn't worth the unit. Just honest review.

Beautiful location, good price, needs updates...

Give me the beach and the sunshine and I am typically happy in any situation!The home when we entered appeared to be exactly as pictured! No smells and carpets in bedrooms appeared clean and kept which i was worried about being at the beach!Everything you need in the kitchen, minus the toaster needs replaced because it burned our bagel every morning on the lowest setting.The towels provided had stains in both bathrooms so we opted to use our beach towels. The facets need an upgrade in both the sinks and the showers in additional to the shower liner being changed in the main bath. The fan in the main bath was also broken and sounded like a fire hazard.Overall it its a beautiful location and we enjoyed our week but the property itself needs some work.

Great Views

Location, location, location! The views were spectacular with easy beach access. The condo needs updated and some basic maintenance (filters need replaced and vents need cleaned), there was a lot of dust and dirt. Overall, the cleaning fee didn’t seem justified.

Beautiful Vacation Home and Destination

We loved our stay at the condo. The view is beautiful from the bedroom and balcony. The living area was especially comfy and no problem with any electronics. I would only say the tub plumbing in both bathrooms were a little tricky to get shower, or tub to cut off or get proper temp control. The information for the condo was a bit confusing as the emails were different from posted information. Also, the twin beds have plastic covers on them, which we understand are great for kids, but I had two adults staying in there who said they crinkled all night. Overall, it was a beautiful condo really nicely furnished and we totally enjoyed the beach and the amenities and getting a chance to get away for a few days. we would definitely book this condo agai

Nice just a little outdated.

Couches were nice but you sink down. Wonderful king bed in master. Tub’s are very deep and needs to have cleaned the shower curtain. Very beautiful view of the ocean and felt very safe.

Upon arrival the instructions given to us were to call “security“ however there was no number for security listed or provided. When called the property manager, no one answered, and after an 8 Hour drive we sat outside the gate for over 40 minutes until a random guest opened it and let us in. Then as we arrived at the front door, the black lock box where the keys were would not open no matter what we tried, after about 20 minutes of trying the cleaning lady open the door and attempted to open the lock box and get us the keys as well and it took her over 20 minutes. Finally, the property manager answered my call and I advised her what was going on with the box and she replied with “yes, that has been giving us some troubles.” the room was very clean, however, this was the worst condo I’ve ever stayed in. You have to be Hercules to open the sliding glass door, all of the blinds broke the moment you tried to open them, the microwave did not work, the shower only worked if you had it on the hot water, and the lack of communication from the property manager was incredibly frustrating. Additionally , the elevator broke and the door to the stairs had vomit on it and was never cleaned. The location is great and a quick walk to the beach. There is a side view of the ocean and the beds are comfortable. The AC worked great and we were comfortably cool.pools were also good. I have been visiting this beach now for eight years and have to say I will not be staying back in this location.

Great location. Not great room

We bought an air mattress for the guest room because the twin beds were so uncomfortable. They are wrapped in plastic, so very noisy and creepy. The place is desperate for updating, but clean. Great coffee maker, but the wrong filters. Other small details like that. If you are not picky, and want close the beach, you might like it. My family was not happy.

Great condo, just needs updates!

The condo is great. I love the community, the property, pool, beach, etc. The actual condo needs attention, though! It needs a new shower set-up, the vents needs to be updated, the fan in the bathroom, etc. We had a need while we were there, and the owner got right back to us and resolved the issue.

Wonderful, relaxing getaway

As the other reviewers have said, she needs a little love. But that did not detract from our stay at all. We are all about the covered porch looking out at the pool & the ocean! The unit was clean, check in could not have been easier. Elevator right up to the front door. The beds were great, we had very good night's sleep after returning from fishing & beaching all day. Loved it!

Great view and roomy but needs some updating.

Plumbing is outdated. To flush the guest toilet you have push handle down, count to five and release. The showers are hard to adjust the water temp. Just worn out.

A pretty good place to stay

Clean and well furnished. High enough on the 3rd floor to have a nice ocean view ( but right above the pool which could be noisy at times). Host communication was poor - never responded to questions via vrbo. Luckily, we encountered no major problems. Like this whole complex, this unit shows signs of age - in some electrical outlets, shower fixtures and lighting but nothing major.

Perfect location

Condo is perfect spot for a few days on Amelia. Great views from balcony and easy access to beach and pool. Also a short drive to restaurants and lots of biking nearby. Downtown is about 15 minutes but makes for a more quiet surroundings. Plenty of space for 4 people. The condo is definitely older and shows some signs of age (although the couches seemed newer and the walls were painted a different color from photos so some updates must be in the works). But it was comfortable and had all the basics. I’d recommend bringing a Roku or Fire stick for each tv bc the remotes were near impossible to figure out for each room. Would stay here again.

Beach Front Condo

This two bedroom beach front condo has a view of the ocean and is well apportioned with everything you will need for your stay. We particularly enjoyed mornings on the balcony watching the tide come in. The sheets were clean, as were the towels. It was hard to gauge the hot water in the master bedroom as there are no markings and the knob turns 360 degrees. I figured it out but it took some doing. The only really frustrating thing about my stay is that the owner scheduled a maintenance visit without telling us. While they were prompt in their response, it was still weird to rent a property and have a random person showing up without notice.

Love the Property, Unit was Average

This unit is managed by a Non-responsive owner who didn’t reply to emails with questions we had about the unit. The owner didn’t return phone calls placed prior to trip. Once we arrived and we had several questions and issues, we called the number given in our check in email but didn’t receive a call back. Both myself and my husband tried to reach the owner. Had there been an emergency with plumbing or getting locked out of the unit I don’t know what we would have done. We were not left a key to the bathroom by the pool, so we always had to take the elevator back up to the unit. Beach/pool towels are not provided so bring your own. Shower head and faucet in both bathrooms need to be replaced. The condo is in average condition but kitchen flatware, plate ware and glassware are leftovers from other sets. The dishwasher doesn’t clean dishes well so best to hand wash before you use anything. Balcony view of the ocean is beautiful but the view of the sunrise is hindered because of the configuration of bldg b. You can’t see the beginning stages of sunrise from the balcony. We’ve stayed in much nicer units at ASRC and will not return to this unit.

Pledge the Pink Weekend

Two couples stayed in this comfortable roomie condo. We did a 30 mile walk for breast cancer over the weekend. two other highlights were visiting the American Beach museum, and the nearby distillery.The condo could use some attention, particularly washing the carpets. Kitchen is small, but stocked with everything you could need for cooking. Host did not answer our questions regarding check out.
