Balkon am Meer - Zugang zum Pool - Tennisplätze Diese schöne Wohnung befindet sich am südlichen Ende von Amelia Island im vierten Stock der Wohnanlage "Surf & Racquet Club". Diese Wohnung verfügt über Zugang zum Pool, Tennisplätze, einen Aufzug und nur wenige Schritte vom schönsten Strand mit weichem weißem Sand entfernt. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer. Das helle Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Hauptbadezimmer. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten. Diese Einheit ist eine Eckeinheit und verfügt daher über ein großes Fenster nach Süden im Essbereich, wodurch der gesamte Raum ein heller und angenehmer Ort zum Entspannen ist. Eines der Sofas im Wohnbereich kann in ein Bett umgewandelt werden. Diese Unterkunft am Meer verfügt über einen geräumigen privaten Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool und den Atlantik. Genießen Sie spektakuläre Sonnenaufgänge, während Sie morgens an Ihrem Kaffee oder Tee nippen. Der komfortable Wohnbereich ist mit einem Flachbildfernseher mit Kabelanschluss ausgestattet. Die Küche ist komplett mit Stahlgeräten, einer Waschmaschine und einem Trockner ausgestattet. Saubere Bettwäsche und weiche Handtücher werden ohne Aufpreis zur Verfügung gestellt.

Great value and well priced. Wonderful location - close to pool and beach and downtown. Only thing we had an issue with was unit being stocked with things like beach towels, umbrella, extra blankets and trash bags. Once we reached out to the host they sent them over rather quickly but wish it would’ve been done before we got there to make things smoother. Overall was great and would definitely stay again.

Needs updating! Location was amazing. Balcony was facing the ocean and pool. Shower in Master was tiny and old. Kitchen has older refrigerator and dishwasher door was creaking. Lint draw on dryer was rusty. The window in the master was rattling. Fortunately the beds were good.

LOVE the beach - it has everything you would want for all ages, PLUS turtle nests!

Overall, we loved it! It was a quick walk to the beach, the kitchen was well equipped and the balcony had great views. A must if you love beach sunrises!

Great, beautiful location

Unfortunately we were booked with the wrong date, but the property management team were quick to get us into a room- we did not, however, have WiFi for our weekend, which was a bit annoying sine I had to do some work. It was a lovely, clean place and we enjoyed our time together-

Wonderful condo and location

The condo was clean and spacious for 4 adults. Great deck overlooking the pool and ocean - ate all our meals there. Kitchen was well supplied. Owners provided beach chairs and umbrella, which was a huge plus. Tennis courts are great. Easy communication with facility. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful Property / Stay

Clean, great view of beach and pool, quiet, comfortable. We enjoyed our stay at this unit. It was a quick walk to the beach and pool with great views of each. Plenty of room for our crew of five. Pool was clean and our boys, 8 and 12, enjoyed using it. Tennis courts were also nice. Great trail for running walking close to unit with lots of wildlife and Harris Teeter is a 3 minute drive with little traffic.
