Welcome to 3011 Club Villas in the gated Amelia Island Plantation! This peaceful 2 bedroom/2.5 bathroom marsh-side villa is located on the south end of Amelia Island, with the Oak Marsh Championship Golf Course and Intracoastal Waterway directly off the back patio.

This condo has one of the most expansive views to enjoy from the sunny patio or the shaded upstairs balcony overlooking the green fairways, tranquil marsh, and famous live oaks dripping with silvery Spanish moss. Within Club Villas, there are two swimming pools for added relaxation. All of the community buildings were newly painted and upgraded with renovated decks on all sides in 2024.

At 3011 Club Villas, guests get the best of both worlds! You'll enjoy serene, uncrowded living but the condo is also very central, right across the walkway which leads to the white sand Atlantic beaches, the resort shopping village, spa, restaurants, nature center, and putt-putt. Beach access points are less than a mile away; bike and golf cart rentals are available within the resort or with outside vendors. If guests feel like exploring, there are more than six miles of paved, mostly flat walking and biking trails within the resort!

Inside the villa, guests will find a beautifully updated kitchen with white quartz counters, a glass backsplash, and a roomy pantry. The main living areas are open and fully tiled, and our villa has high-speed wireless internet, books, and live TV programming. The upstairs features handsome wood floors and two bedrooms, each with its own balcony, TV, and private bath. There is also a convenient half-bath downstairs. The garden patio and private entry courtyard offer added intimacy to this cozy property, with a grill available for guest use.

The historic downtown of Fernandina Beach is about a 20-minute drive north on the island and many guests enjoy the exquisite dining options, art galleries, shops, and the marina there.

* Please note that dog/s may be considered but any dog must be approved by management. The size restrictions in place are no more than two dogs will be allowed for a total maximum weight of 50 lbs. Guests must agree to certain terms and conditions. A $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be required and guests must sign the pet agreement. If the pet fee is not automatically applied at booking, it will be after the reservation is created. Note that dogs must be current on all vaccinations, be house broken, be spayed or neutered, and must be sociable with people and other dogs. No cats or other pets will be considered.

** Please be advised this property is not a rental through the Omni Amelia Island Resort and does not give you access to "resort privileges or amenities” (i.e. the main Omni hotel pool, fitness center or shuttle service), and the Racquet Park tennis center is limited only to club members and their guests (unless booking tennis lessons or clinics).
