Access to the home requires a short walk up exterior stairs to the front door. Once inside, guests may unlock the sliding glass door from the interior to conveniently bring in luggage and personal items.

**NOTE: Guests MUST have 4WD or AWD if visiting between the months of November and April (refunds will not be given if you cannot reach the property due to improper transportation). Alpine Lake averages more than 100 inches of snow each year between these months and the neighborhood sits on the side of a mountain.

*Home tends to run cold. When the temperature is below freezing the furnace has a hard time keeping up. You likely wont be able to get the heat in the living room above 65. Each bedroom has a mini split for heat.

*You will have to walk up the outside stairs to reach the pathway leading to the front door for entry. Enter through the front door, then unlock the sliding glass door from inside to bring your luggage and belongings into the house.
