Completed in 2023, the residence spans approximately 2,200 square feet across three thoughtfully designed levels and comfortably sleeps up to eleven guests, combining space, privacy, and premium finishes throughout.
The main living level features an open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen framed by floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase expansive mountain, valley, town, and slope views. A gas fireplace anchors the living space, while large glass doors open to a deck with a private hot tub, creating an ideal setting for relaxing after a day on the mountain. This level also includes a half bath and direct access to the garage.
The second level is designed for comfort and privacy. The primary suite includes an en-suite bathroom, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a private deck with elevated mountain views. A second en-suite bedroom is located on this floor, along with a third bedroom and an additional full bathroom, making the layout well-suited for families or multiple couples traveling together.
The third level features a custom built-in bunk room designed for kids or additional guests, along with a TV lounge area within the bedroom and a dedicated full bathroom.
