Thing to Know:
• Saturday-to-Saturday reservations are required. (From Memorial Day to Labor Day) then 2 night minimum night requirement
•There is a $65 required HOA fee per booking.
• Community amenity fees:
Pools and other community amenities are available for an additional weekly fee.
$51 per adult ages 18+
$30 per child under 18.
• Guests will receive payment instructions for amenity access after the reservation is secured.
• Per HOA rules, during the summer season, Memorial Day through Labor Day, community amenities are reserved for members only on Saturdays.
• Guests are welcome to use The Peninsula’s tennis and pickleball courts with the applicable amenity access.
• Guests may access the 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course; green fees are additional and are not included in the amenity package.
• Linens and bath towels are provided free of charge. Guests should bring their own beach towels.
•Parking: One assigned parking space is included. Overflow parking is available.
•Please Note: Use of the resort amenities is limited to individuals on the original reservation as per HOA rules.
