Welcome to "Sundown Oasis", a newly custom-built vacation rental ideally located near Lake Powell and Page, Arizona. Close to National Parks, Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, Rainbow Bridge, Wahweap Marina, hiking trails, ATV routes, and beach swimming, this home offers the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation.
Designed for large families and group getaways, Paradise Cove comfortably accommodates up to 15 guests in beds. The home is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with stunning panoramic views of Lake Powell and the surrounding buttes. For larger gatherings, four identical homes are located side-by-side, making it easy to host extended families or group events.
With expansive indoor living areas, a dedicated game room, outdoor gatherings, FREE EV Charger, and many more spaces, Paradise Cove is an exceptional basecamp for your Lake Powell experience.

We chose the Greenehaven area because it offers the perfect balance of peaceful surroundings and close proximity to Lake Powell and Pageâs most popular attractions. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and family-friendly, making it a relaxing place to return to after a day of exploring.
One of our favorite things about this location is the beautiful desert and lake views, along with the incredible stargazing at night thanks to the dark skies in the area. Itâs also just a short drive to Lake Powell marinas, Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, restaurants, and grocery stores in Page.
Greene haven truly provides a calm retreat while still being close to all the adventure Northern Arizona has to offer.
