Bedroom #1 has a king bed and private bath; bedroom #2 has a king bed; bedroom #3 has two full beds (bunk); bedroom #4 (casita) has 2 full beds and private bath. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share the full bath in the hallway. We have 2 master suits located on opposite sides of the home (bedrooms #1 and #4). The casita is attached to the house and has a separate entrance for maximum privacy. This home has four TVs total (a 60'' in living room, two 40'' in master suites and a 32'' in the guest room). The home will sleep 10 people comfortably. For your parking needs we have a 50 foot connected garage for your boat (garage has a 9' tall door for larger boats) and vehicles.
