The home is close to IMG, Lakewood Ranch, and right between Anna Maria Island and Siesta Key. It's the perfect location.

Step inside and you’ll feel it right away: bright, airy spaces, coastal style, and room for everyone to spread out. The open living area is perfect for movie nights or morning coffee, and the fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for quick breakfasts, big family dinners, and snacks between adventures.

Sleeping is a dream here: three cozy bedrooms plus a renovated bunk suite that sleeps up to 8—ideal for families or groups traveling together.

Outside is where Blue Haven really shines. Enjoy your private pool, fire up the grill, gather around the fire pit, and linger at the outdoor dining table under the Florida sky. Whether you’re coming back from the beach or spending the day poolside, this backyard was built for vacation.

Grill provided (propane tank can be exchanged locally ~ $20)

Pool heat is available for $100—just let us know if you’d like us to turn it on for your stay. We’ll set the pool to 85°F. (A quick heads-up: if the outdoor temperature drops below 65°F, most Florida pool heaters can only warm the water to about 20°F above the air temperature.)

If you’re bringing a furry friend, we’re happy to host pets! Our pet fee is $150 for the first pet and $30 for each additional pet.
