Built in 1955 and thoughtfully updated, this mid-century bungalow sits in an ideal location to experience the best of Flagstaff. Downtown restaurants, breweries, and entertainment are just a 15-minute walk away, while coffee shops, parks, a fishing pond, hiking and biking trails, disc golf, and the Flagstaff Urban Trail System are all within a 10-minute stroll or less.

A note about summer comfort:
The bungalow does not have central A/C - YET. While Flagstaff evenings are typically cool and the home stays shaded, warmer summer days can occur. Each room is equipped with a ceiling fan, a personal fan, and operable windows to let in the cool mountain night air.
We are hoping to add AC by May 2026.
