We are located in a peaceful residential neighborhood with several long-term residents (10+ years). To maintain a welcoming environment:

• Maximum guests: 5 (children considered)
• No parties or events
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 6 AM
• No smoking inside the unit
• Remove shoes before entering the living room.

Pets / Service Animals

• Regular pets: This property does not allow certain breeds of pets. Please let us know in advance so we can get approval from the property management. There is a $250-$500 fine for having unauthorized pets.

• Service animals: Allowed with advance notice. We schedule a deep cleaning after checkout to protect guests with allergies
